中國駐美大使：中美關係能否穩定 取決台灣問題
中國駐美大使崔天凱昨天表示，台灣問題是中美關係中最重要、最敏感的問題。他重申一個中國政策與中美三個聯合公報，強調中美關係未來能否保持穩定，將取決於這條紅線能否得到遵守。
根據中國駐美大使館官網發布，崔天凱18日在美國亞特蘭大卡特中心舉行的「紀念中美建交40週年國際研討會」發表演講時，做以上表示。美國前總統卡特（Jimmy Carter）也出席了這場會議。
崔天凱呼籲中美雙方應尊重彼此自主選擇的社會體制和發展道路，尊重對方核心利益和關切。其中，台灣問題是中美關係中最重要、最敏感的問題。一個中國政策和中美三個聯合公報的基本原則依然是兩國關係的政治基礎。
他說，在「告台灣同胞書」發表40周年紀念會上的重要講話中，中國國家主席習近平重申了「中國實現國家統一、反對任何外來干涉的堅定決心」。毫無疑問，中美關係未來能否保持穩定，將取決於這條紅線能否得到遵守。
崔天凱說，一個錯誤觀點認為，美國過去40年的對華政策失敗了，因為中國沒有複製美國的政治和經濟體制模式。很明顯，持這種觀點的人完全不了解兩國為何建交，不是為了以一國模式重塑另一國，不是為了消除兩國之間所有不同。
他說，中國從未有過任何改造美國的想法，而迄今為止，也沒有任何一屆美國政府將改變中國社會體制、發展道路或意識形態正式作為其政策目標。
崔天凱還說，另一種謬見是，中國一直在佔美國的便宜。事實上，中美關係一直都是互利共贏的。例如，中美貿易總額從1979年的不到25億美元成長至去年的6335億美元。據中國美國商會最新統計，其74%的成員企業計劃擴大在中國投資。顯然，如果在中國無利可圖，沒有哪個理智的美國商人會繼續在中國做生意；而如果只有一方占另一方便宜，中美經貿關係也不可能發展至今天的深度和廣度。
他強調，美國GDP（國民生產毛額）從40年前的2.63兆美元劇增至2017年的19.36兆美元，而2017年中國的GDP是12.2兆美元。也就是說，美國這些年經濟發展的增量比中國一年的GDP總量還要多。「沒有證據表明美國在中美關係中是輸家，我們之間完全是互利共贏」。
崔天凱表示，中國改革開放初期，前領導人鄧小平提出要「解放思想，實事求是」。他認為鄧小平的號召也適用於今天的中美關係。中美又一次站在歷史的十字路口，肩上挑著的是實現中美關係健康穩定發展的重任。
他最後說，如果將過去40年比作一場考試，雙方已經向兩國人民和世界交出了高分答卷。現在，面對中美關係未來發展的又一次考試，中美更需解放思想，實事求是，讓雙方共同努力，爭取在考試中再創佳績。
鳳梨崩盤燃怒火 上百果農北上抗議
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】「政府無能，農民無辜！」來自高雄、屏東等地的200多位果農4日北上抗議。他們手拿劣質鳳梨，怒吼政府無能。現場也有國民黨立委出席聲援，並陪同農民赴政院遞交陳情書，要求賠償農民的損失。農民代表簡源松指控，他們曾向農委會反映價格崩盤的問題，但官方卻沒有緊急處理，害他們損失了將近2個月的收入，甚至賠上成本。國民黨立委張麗善呼籲，政府應該提出更積極的措施為農民找出路。
鳳梨價格持續崩盤，儘管農委會以1台斤4.8元的價格收購產品，仍無法平息農民的怒火。200多位來自南投、雲林、嘉義、高雄、屏東地的果農4日北上陳情抗議，他們手拿劣質的鳳梨，怒斥政府無能。
農民隨即從立法院外步行到行政院遞交陳情書，要求政府建立更完善的產銷制度、建立預警機制、積極開拓外銷市場等，以保障農民的利益。現場多個國民黨立委包括李彥秀、曾銘宗、林德福、張麗善等人也陪同他們赴行政院陳情。
嘉義縣大林鎮青果商億鑫負責人簡源松表示，雖然農委會提出了緊急補救措施，但農民在5月前曾向中央（農委會）反應價格崩盤的問題，但官方卻置之不理。先前鳳梨產地收購價最慘時就是「1、2、3」，意即上品每台斤3元、中品2元、下品1元，農民損失了將近2個月的利潤，即使政府以每台4.8元價格收購，也補償不了賠上的成本。
張麗善則批評，水果價格崩盤問題，政府都怪天、怪地、怪國民黨，現在農民種什麼都賠上成本，政府應該提出更積極的措施為農民找出路。「政府頭痛醫腳、腳痛醫頭」，顯見對產銷調節失衡，並沒有提出有效的辦法解決水果價格崩盤的問題。
她並提出建言書，包括建設完整產銷機制、預警機制、積極開拓外銷市場； 針對鳳梨，補助苗株1株4元，1公頃以3萬株計，1公頃補助12萬元等，以降低水果價格崩盤對農民造成的衝擊。他也說，兩岸應建立穩定發展關係，為台灣農產品打開外銷通路，不要因為政治立場而影響農民的利益。
