Most of us are not homo, so we do not know what homo people need and we do not care their human right. In modern society, we take care those who are weak and poor by some social welfare and foundation, but we often ignore those who are homo. People think that our society is open mind but in fact we still have some conservative and unfair concept. It is a pity that we still can not give homo people equal right and chance to get married. And gay marriage ruling poises California for constitutional fight.
I think that “All man are created equal,” and we should give everyone equal right and opportunities. Love is everywhere. And everyone has rights to choose who he or she love and would marry. According to some research, he or she is homosexual when he or she was born. Moreover, whether being homosexual can be “chosen” or not, everyone should have their right to search the legal protection for marriage. And, in the nearest sight, even if this event would be a big bomb for the government policy nowadays, it would take a enormous advance for our basic personal right as well. With more and more areas protect various “types” of marriage by making laws, it would be a tendency for other place. Besides anti homosexual marriage disobey constitution.
Do you know that some homosexual people are very great and excellent? For instance, the mayor in Berlin and American president, they are homo sexual too.
In fact, most homo are law-abiding .Through homosexual marriage can make them faithful in sexual behavior. And their right and relation will be protected.
I feel that the value in marriage is not only around children, some couple who can not have children still has their own marriage life. Homosexual people can adopt children, the female like one play mother role and male like one play father role. Father and mother roles are not inborn, but from learning and socialization. Some straight are not good father and mother, so we can not deprive homosexual people’s human right. The right of small group should be respect, too.Some people may consider that homo break social customs. However, straight disobey moral rule is more often than homosexual people. And most moral rule are made by straight, it is unfair for homosexual people.
In physically anthropology, less or more, we are homosexual people in our nature. So we should not neglect homosexual people’s right. In conclusion, homosexual marriage should be allowed, and our government should make new law for homo as soon as possible. We should take it serious about homosexual marriage.
