I think we ought not compare men to shoes; SHOES are far more adorable, affordable and always look nice when worn on my feet.
We can call it "timing" when it comes to marry THE one. I don't think there is Mr. Right or Miss Right; we often heard girls complaining their boyfriends did not want to settle down, then "boom" one day, he married the girl #N within 3 months after dating.
Women should not think, "Oh, is that just me that he can not commit to?" Of course not, it's just timing and has nothing to do with you, or let's called it "fate." On the other hand, not all men are afraid of marriage. Some men actually HAVE to be in a marriage so bad that they will keep in and out of it. A friend of mine has two divorces already, and still, he proposed to a girl he met two weeks after they met. So how about that for a change?
Again, it's easier to find the killer shoes and fit like heavenly matched, but relationship? Tough subject!
