Indian Tandoori Cooking

Traditionally, tandoori dishes are prepared in a tandoor, an oval shaped clay oven with a little fire in the bottom. The warmth increases slowly but eventually reaches a greater temperature when compared to a barbecue.

I have a fantastic fondness for tandoori style food. It has flavor, without being \hot\ or saturated in calories or too filling. Materials

2 Chicken breasts

1 small bath Greek yogurt

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

tsp ground turmeric

tsp ginger powder

Teaspoon chilli powder (or even to taste)

1 small clove garlic, crushed

salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the tart sprays and garlic to the yogurt. Low fat yogurt can be used by you if you want. As it can be quite over-powering you can also use fresh ginger or ginger substance from the vessel in place of ginger powder but go easy on the quantity.
