酒駕追撞前車遭駕駛持球棒毆打 2車3人全送辦

(中央社記者張祈花蓮縣12日電)高雄林姓兄弟11日上午開車行經花蓮瑞穗鄉停等紅燈時,遭後方余男駕駛的預拌混凝土車追撞,兄弟倆竟持球棒砸車打人,警方到場發現余男酒駕,連同砸車傷人的林姓兄弟移送偵辦。

鳳林警分局瑞穗分駐所長陳添丁今天接受媒體聯訪指出,11日上午近9時許接獲通報,瑞穗鄉台9線與中正北路北上車道發生拌混凝土車追撞自小客車交通事故,雙方發生口角糾紛。

陳添丁指出,遭追撞的林姓兄弟接連持球棒毆打42歲余姓駕駛,並朝車窗、後照鏡猛砸,警方獲報後現場制止及逮捕動手的林姓兄弟。
