Today is the last day of October, in other word, TRICK & TREAT:) I decided to give myself one night off, so I'm not going to class:)
hey I'm not a slacker, becuz the teacher isn't gonna be there.
The end of a month also means one other thing, RENT due. One thing about living in California, well i mean, renting an apt. in California, is to agree with the Rent Control agreement. You live in no difference, but you get PREMIUM PAY. You never get the same amount of deposit back, and never have to try to argue with your landlord, she/he is the highness in this community.
Your landlord can always screw you by easily pointing out a dot on your toilet bowl, a freaking tiny nail hole on your wall, and a barely seen stain spitted from Zinfendal on your carpet. Before you can prove that you didn't do that, shut your mouth.
You go ballistic with the rental office, they migh send you a note "let's meet at the court, let judge decide". Piece of advice for my sweet friends who wanna come to this great land to pursue your ambition, BRING LOTS OF MONEY. No wonder school doesn't care about anything else, but a piece of sheet titled "FINANCIAL STATEMENT"
alright, time to move my butt to the dinner table, oh gotta catch up a costume party:) hehe..., this time I'll hv funny bunny ears and tail on my costome.
