Salmon fried rice

This is what i cooked the other day, inspired by pad thai and pineapple fried rice that i was into a week ago.

Got red onion, garlic, carrots, diced hams, scrambled eggs, wasabi marinated salmon, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts, oh, let's not forget pork sung.

i'm not an amazing chef, but for someone who just started cooking for the first time of her life, man...this is GOOD!

yummy.....only see my weight scale climbing up rapidly.....
