Despite all the pressure and guilt trip from the peers, I firmly NOed to every party goers' lure, temptations, push and bitch....and managed to stay home and chilled. For God's sake, i had an appt. with my real estate agent at 10am on Sunday morning, which was painful enuf!
Danni was an awesome lady, she had three listings today and I liked two of them. We had an efficient and productive day. She knew exactly my situation and my buying power and she had it controlled under. Last time I went to see houses with Mina, nothing listed under 420k for small condos (see attached pix). Today two out of three was avg. $350k and nicely maintained. Soon as we got back to her office, one was pending which means the seller had prolly accepted an offer. Crap!! true to the form, good stuff don't last. So now I have a second choice, $360k for another small condo, under my budget. The only concern is whether I'll be able to qualify for full-dock payment option which interest rate is typically lower than stated income.
Let's wait and see. She's submitting my offer tomorrow and if it's not meant to belong to me, next better one will come around in no time anyway.
But let's recap, 2004 is coming to the end, to be more exact, less than 3 weeks. Not only I look slightly older (yike), bank account grew slightly bigger (finally made it to 4 digits....), number of men got blown...countless....relationship status...SINGLE!!!
Like it'll follow me for the rest of my life...
