吃麥片能減肥?營養師:吃錯越來越胖

不論男女老少,許多人都想追求更健康、美好的體態,近來坊間興起吃麥片當減肥餐的風潮,但真的有幫助嗎?食藥署邀請專業營養師解答,說明麥片地雷、如何健康吃,以及哪些人要避免吃麥片,提供大眾參考。

據食藥署《藥物食品安全週報》,聖馬爾定醫院營養師尤偉銘指出,經過調味或沖泡麥片裡添加的成分,仔細看不難發現包括蔗糖、玉米糖漿、玉米澱粉、麥芽糊精、奶精、植物油、鹽等,都是額外增加的熱量,這些食品添加物讓沖泡麥片方便又美味,但別因美味又吃下更多,不僅無法瘦,還變得更胖。

尤偉銘提醒,想要健康吃麥片減肥,民眾一定要知道天然麥片有較高的膳食纖維,而且加熱水會呈現黏稠狀,吃起來口感有點粗糙,味道很清淡、沒什麼甜味,如果吃到甜香又稀的麥片,表示成分裡有很多糖、香料與麥芽糊精,且膳食纖維低,真正有營養的麥片反而沒吃到。

除了選擇真正無添加物100%健康的麥片產品,如果只吃麥片減肥很容易肚子餓,反而可能吃下更多麥片,造成熱量超過身體需要,結果還是會變胖,建議吃完麥片要搭配有肉的蔬菜,例如1碗麥片粥、半碗蔬菜、1顆水煮蛋,就能增加飽足感、達到攝取均衡營養並減少熱量,達到健康吃、健康瘦的目標。

1mhz to 70ghz antenna Antenna development and manufacturing尤偉銘也建議,腸道敏感者一吃食物就容易拉肚子,不適合吃太多麥片,因為麥片的膳食纖維高,會促進腸道蠕動,接著就要跑廁所了;慢性腎衰竭病人也不宜吃麥片,因為麥片的磷含量較高,腎臟功能衰退導致排除磷的功能變差,會加速腎臟惡化。最後則是麩質過敏症者要避免吃麥片,否則會造成腸胃道系統破壞,引起乳糜瀉與營養素吸收不良。
