紐約市將迎3.1萬新公寓 逾半在皇后區、布碌崙
: 紐約市地產蓬勃發展，根據人工智能網站Localize.city的最新數據，未來兩年內預計有3萬多套全新公寓完工；依照新公寓的數量多寡列出的紐約市前十大發展快速的社區中，包括皇后區長島市、布碌崙(布魯克林)威廉斯堡(Williamsburg)等新興社區，法拉盛和曼哈頓下東城也躋身前十名。
根據該報告，未來兩年內全市約有3萬1000套全新公寓投入市場，其中超過一半位於布碌崙和皇后區；而該網站也將各社區排名，在兩年內推出新單位愈多，則代表發展愈快速；前十名分別為長島市、威廉斯堡、布碌崙布許維克(Bushwick)、綠點(Greenpoint)、貝弗-史岱文森(Bedford-Stuyvesant)、皇后區法拉盛、布碌崙弗萊布許(Flatbush)、曼哈頓下東城、布碌崙皇冠高地(Crown Heights)和皇后區阿斯托利亞(Astoria)。
3萬多套新公寓中有60%位於前十大社區內，更有四分之一落在長島市、威廉斯堡、布許維克等三個社區中。
曼哈頓唯一擠進前十名的下東城因有多棟豪宅案，加上「飛越艾塞克斯」(Essex Crossing)等建案而上榜；雖然目前僅有開發商Extell的新案「One Manhattan Square」在最後完工階段，其他三棟豪宅則因環評報告、社區反對等尚未解決問題，但仍為下東城房產市場帶來影響。
Localize.city數據分析師Israel Schwartz表示，自2016年到2020年間，共有超過9萬個新單位釋出，與2012年至2016年間的5萬800個新單位相比，幾乎呈倍數成長。
不過該數據的成長並不全然代表紐約房市熱潮，據了解，目前的多數建案可追溯到2015年，當時州政府的減稅措施於2016年到期，因此不少開發商趕在減稅措施到期前申請開發許可證；興建中的單位在2016年初最高，達到近9萬4000個；而隨著建案完工，釋入市場的公寓單位數量也隨之上升。

近況極佳的台灣羽球一哥周天成，21日在總將金100萬美元（約新台幣約3072萬元）、世界羽聯（BWF）世界巡迴超級1000系統的中國公開賽男單8強賽中，以直落二（21：17、21：14）輕取韓國名將孫完虎，順利挺進4強，接下來的對手是中國諶龍與印尼金廷（Anthony Sinisuka Ginting）的勝方。

周天成過去和孫完虎交手8次，僅在2016年拿過1勝，而且去年4度碰頭，周天成全部落敗，但雅加達亞運結束後，周天成已完成進化，實力不可同日而語。
此役是2人今年首度碰頭，周天成在一開賽就先聲人，一度取得12：6領先，雖然後來遭到超前，但在15：17落後情況下，周天成打出一波6：0攻勢，順利拿下首局。易網之後，周天成更乘勝追擊，在3：3平手後，不再給孫完虎機會，不斷將差距拉開，最終以21：14將對手淘汰。此役僅耗時39分鐘。
2014年中國公開賽，周天成也曾經闖進男單4強，可惜在準決賽中遭到「超級丹」林丹直落二淘汰。
