台南長榮大學設有蘭花產業應用學士學位學程，鏈結台南在地蘭花產業，2022台灣國際蘭展，長榮大學66位學生擔任展場服務人員，蘭花學程學生參訪蘭展等，都有很好的收穫。為感謝台南市府農業局的協助，日前，長榮大學校長李泳龍等一行人拜會農業局長李建裕，雙方洽談明年產官學擴大合作可能性。
李泳龍校長表示，李建裕局長於110年8月底上任，透過農業政策的創新改革與多元推廣，帶領團隊積極行銷，提高台南農產的能見度，也將台南農產品推向國際，獲得良好的成果。2022台灣國際蘭展已圓滿落幕，參觀人數超過20萬人次，該校多個學系共66位學生參與展場服務工作，個個收穫滿滿。蘭花學程學生也參訪蘭展，了解蘭花發展的現況和未來的願景。
為感謝農業局的協助，李泳龍校長、孫惠民副校長及人文學院、美術學院、校友服務暨資源發展中心等一行人，至市府拜會農業局長李建裕表達感謝之意。李泳龍校長說，該校投入蘭展具相當多元的意義與價值，包括整合在地特色資源、參與在地產業特色、豐富蘭展內容、展現自然與藝術對話、擴展教育的應用價值、師生共同呈現教與學的成果。
李建裕局長表示，長榮大學師生的參與，讓蘭展增添許多藝術風氣，期待明年長榮大學師生能有更多更好的作品展出，為蘭展增色。蘭花學程主任黃琮濱表示，參訪蘭展屬行動學習，可以拓展學生視野。學程發展重點在蘭花生物科技技術與產業行銷，透過行動學習與業師經驗分享，培養蘭花管理、應用及栽種能力。也培養學生具行銷、跨文化能力及問題解決能力，期能成為台灣蘭花產業行銷與研發能力的專業人才。
