Due to the particularly easy-to-use Click-and-Go installation, you can attach the infant car seat as well as the follow-up child safety seat Maxi-Cosi Pearl One i-Size to the base with only one click. The visual and acoustic indicator tells you whether the car seats have been installed correctly so that the risk of misuse is minimised.

【早安健康／張承宇報導】天氣冷總是讓人食欲特別旺盛，一不小心就容易吃太多，再加上天冷往往讓人更不想動，更是增加了冬天發福的機會，小心到了春夏後悔莫及！日本瑜珈老師教您，簡單趴著抬抬頭腳的運動，就能輕鬆鍛鍊臀部與背部肌肉，助脂肪燃燒、促進血液循環，讓臀部更緊實！

鍛鍊臀大肌、背肌能幫助調整體態，遠離肥胖問題

日本瑜珈老師高橋美穂表示，天氣變冷不但讓人不想運動，還容易增加食慾，再加上平常如果姿勢不正確，下半身更是容易變胖。因此即使在寒冷的冬天，還是要保持運動習慣，防止肥肉堆積。而不用出門受凍、在家也能做的運動中，高橋美穂特別建議利用能夠鍛鍊臀大肌、背肌的運動，幫助緊實臀部、提高代謝。

日本愛媛大學附屬醫院抗老預防醫療中心主任伊賀瀬道也指出，大腿附近的臀大肌是全身最大的肌肉之一，因此鍛鍊臀大肌時，脂肪、糖分的燃燒效率更好，也更有助於瘦身。日本身材雕塑顧問森弘子解釋，芭蕾舞者擁有緊實、優美的臀部曲線，就是因為注重臀大肌的鍛鍊；日本知名健身教練藤本陽平也認為，臀大肌衰弱容易導致臀部下垂，因此鍛鍊臀大肌有助改善臀部鬆弛、雕塑下半身線條。

日本知名瑜珈老師森和世則認為，背部如果有贅肉，就容易看起來顯老、沒精神。但背部的肌肉具備強力燃脂效果的「紅色肌肉」，燃脂能力約是白色肌肉的兩倍之多，因此如果能有效鍛鍊背部肌肉，就能大大提升基礎代謝，而有良好的減肥效果。
