我的弟弟（Justin）非常貼心地要補送我遲來的生日禮物，沒想到這個遲來的禮物是可以吃的？今天收到快遞來的龍蝦湯，不只是好吃，更參雜了金錢也買不到的親情。
他訂了Hancock Gourmet Lobster Company的Pemaquid Point Lobster Pot Pies（酥皮龍蝦湯，一盒有4碗，$59.5）與Yarmouth Island Lobster Hors Dóeuvre（上撒杏仁片，龍蝦肉混合辣根蔬菜及奶油的cream狀調合食物，塗抹於薄餅或麵包上食用，一盒有2碗，$34.5）。送來是用保麗龍及保冷冰寶包裝好的冷凍食品，每一份都是盛裝在烤碗中的，直接就可以烤來吃。
Pemaquid Point Lobster Pot Pies的派皮還有一隻龍蝦的樣子，把它放入烤箱烤好，派皮就會膨起來，龍蝦的樣子就更明顯，一烤好，香氣四溢，派皮層次豐富入口酥脆，湯裡龍蝦肉又多又好吃，濃湯裡有加雪莉酒，更讓香味與口感更上一層樓。這個酥皮龍蝦湯可是有得到2003年的食品奧斯卡獎呢！（Pemaquid Point Lobster Pot Pies won the National Association of Speciality Food Trade (NASFT) 2003 Best Seafood Product Award）
Yarmouth Island Lobster Hors Dóeuvre則是烤好後，配上家裡原來就有的法國麵包（切成薄片再烤得脆脆的），真的是很適合拿來當開胃菜或用作搭配酒的下酒菜。

Pemaquid Point Lobster Pot Pies

PEMAQUID POINT, with its dramatic streaks of granite reaching to the sea, is one of the most visited spots in Maine to the delight of artists, photographers and tourists. It was the scene of many shipwrecks through the centuries. The Pemaquid Point Lighthouse was built in 1897 and continues to serve as an active aid to navigation today.
Yarmouth Island Lobster Hors Dóeuvre
