This is my sister’s story.
She is serarching for new job recently after she finished the job in 慈濟. She has been a nurse for five years!! She is a good nurse with the best skill. For instance, last month, she inject the flu vaccin into my arm. In the begining, I am afread of injection by her, because it is strange that you are injected by your sister! However, I have no feel about hurt. It is so marvelous that I admire her skills.
But last month she applied for a new job of 高醫, and she got bad news. They said that they need the bachelor degree, due to the evaluation. What the rediculous reason it is!! Just now, she finds that it is the same as 奇美醫院. In my recognization, nurse emphasize the skill, the importance of nurse skill is indispensable. Only stressing the degree make me disappointed about our social!!
