ABSTRACT
This collection consists of ten essays from the different aspects within which all focus on the integration between policy making and security in the region and the globe.
The first part has four articles, within which the author, Professor. Jen-kun Fu, explores the problem of Caspian sea, illegal activities of drugs, Kazakhstan’s relations with Central Asian states and C.I.S., and Sinjian’s question in Kazakh-Chinese relations.
The second part has two articles: «Formation of external political priorities of Republic of Kazakhstan» and «Evolution of external policy and maintenance of state safety».
The third part consists of four articles of Maiketova Arna, Meirbekova Altynai, Iskakova Janna and Fu Shin I, in which the authors investigate a role of USA in the resolution of conflicts on the Korean peninsula, place of Mongolia in system of external political relations, development of the Kazakh-French relations and history of an establishment and development of connections between China and European Union.
All of the contributors to this book share a common interest in exploring and illustrating the concept of the interaction between the policy and security. In the respect today human being hopes to get the peaceful environment and permanent security. The priority is that we have deliberately to make the positive and rational policy.
