結構牆沒了　蘭陽舞蹈教室安全堪憂

知名舞蹈教室「蘭陽舞蹈團」在台北信義區的教室，橫跨2棟大廈地下室，被住戶指控中間的「安全結構牆」被打掉，導致上面2棟7層樓高的公寓，安全防震係數全被破壞，安全門、防火巷、逃生動線也被佔用不暢通，上百戶住戶和來這裡練舞的學生，都被暴露在未知的風險裡；不過蘭陽舞蹈團表示，30多年前買下這裡當教室的時候，內部格局就已經是現狀，安全結構牆早在前一位屋主時期，就被打掉。

小朋友們詮釋的民俗舞蹈，甜美俏皮，成立於1966年的蘭陽舞蹈團，讓台灣揚名國際，不過位在台北市信義區的教室，每天在這裡練舞的至少上百名學生，都暴露在未知的潛在風險裡。

工人緊急趕工，不過攸關2棟大廈上百位住戶的「安全結構牆」，只用簡單的水泥和磚頭重建，也沒有經過土木技師鑑定，住戶質疑，施工太草率。社區管委會主委：「這本來是鋼筋混凝土，現在打開了就已經破壞了我們的結構，這部分就是支撐我們所有住戶的安全，還包括了我們這些眾多稚齡學童的生命安全。」

蘭陽舞蹈團位於信義區的教室，橫跨2棟公寓地下室，不過連接2棟大樓正下方的安全結構牆，卻被拆除當作通道和教室。台北市議員鍾小平：「這是空的，這一塊是本來是一面牆嘛，把它打掉了，現在是空的，用木板遮起來。」

不只「防震安全係數」被破壞，逃生通道也不知道被誰堆滿了雜物，這一扇安全門無法完整推開，這一扇安全門甚至被鎖死，防火巷還被放置了3座冷氣水塔；不過蘭陽舞蹈團表示，30多年前買下來當教室時，內部格局安全結構牆就已經被打掉。

蘭陽舞蹈團執行長李靜慧：「因為產權都是我們的，要恢復它的安全這是我們的責任。」 建管處已經要求限期改善，否則開罰，蘭陽舞蹈團也將在技師鑑定後，會負責重新施工補強安全結構，維護這塊台灣之光的招牌。

2.蘭陽舞蹈團遇到過錯，很喜歡把責任推給前一個使用者，來個死無對證。前一任使用者沒事情幹嘛花大錢把結構牆打掉? 從常理推測，很可能是蘭陽舞蹈團需要更大更寬敞的教室，所以蘭陽舞蹈團把結構牆打掉了。

3.除了結構牆的問題，逃生間堆滿雜物，影響逃生，還好沒有發生火災，不然出了人命誰來負責? 蘭陽舞蹈團大概覺得自己是台灣之光，做事情就可以我行我素，不顧公共安全與法規要求了。

4.結構牆沒了，下次遇到大地震要怎麼辦? 結構牆被拆了，就算之後再做補強工程，防震安全係數也一定跟原來不相同。建築物不只靠結構牆去支撐重量，地震搖晃的時候結構牆也跟著搖晃，與大樓同為一體減弱震動，結構牆拆了再蓋新的，吸震的能力恐怕不會跟原來的結構一樣好。
