《究極之神:2010年Jeff Beck大阪朝聖之旅全紀錄》

[圖]Jeff Beck 2010年日本Tour的場刊,和今年度官方的正式宣傳照!

先貼上日本為這次巡迴特地做的採訪^^~~

 

睽違ㄧ年, 我又見到Jeff Beck!!!(我最愛的Jeff葛格啊~~~~~~~~~~

這回我可是坐了很前面的位置XD!跟上回琦玉不一樣了喔XDD!!

Jeff這回變瘦了,我覺得ㄧ定是連續兩年多來的巡迴讓他累壞了(心疼)~~

不過Jeff不愧是Jeff,我覺得他又比我去年2/6東京那場更棒了!!

這回在日本的宣傳廣告上,稱呼Jeff為"究極之神"意指"終極"、"最頂級"的意思~

值得ㄧ提,往年在台灣都被稱為"吉他之俠"的Jeff,隨著他近幾來曝光度、得獎次數、Tour次數的增加,終於出現了像是"吉他侯爵"、"吉他天皇"這樣足以與之貢獻成正比的中文稱呼了~~但是我個人還是最喜歡吉他之俠,或許在我心中,Jeff Beck早已是沒人可以取代的大俠了!XDDDD

這次除了看到了Jeff 2010年最新的團員班底,還買到了我最希望擁有的周邊之ㄧ---刻有Jeff名字的十字架XD!

新任的Bass手 Rhonda Smith小姐超猛!!可以理解為什麼貝斯手要換人(雖說Tal有她自己的行程....等等)聽了這次的現場後,我多少也有點覺得Tal雖說是位天才少女,但是有些曲目上的確表現上有點侷限,應該是火候未到,我相信再過個幾年Talㄧ定會更出色的!

而這位Rhonda Smith,除了台風穩健,我還真沒想到她那麼會唱歌!!非常有大將之風!!

不愧是名老將(以前跟Prince合作過,並且於Jeff 的There and back專輯中也已經有合作過)~

她還有用提琴弓拉奏電子的double bass(正是杜蘭朵公主那一曲ww),這讓我想到Jimmy(該不會是Jeff的意思吧XDD)

而Jeff真的讓我覺得他有點累了...葛格只是看起來年輕,但是年紀是騙不了人的,最後的兩首安可曲之後他已經不想再彈了,為了讓觀眾明白,他還作勢踢了地板上的吉他ㄧ腳XDDDD感覺他自從2007年的Chicago Corssroad Guitar Festival之後,就再也沒有休息過了。

這ㄧ次演出的時間沒有去年2/6東京、2/21琦玉這兩場要來的久,頂多一個半小時而已,但是卻聽到了之前沒有聽到的許多電音時期的曲目,

這都是繼Jeff的三張電音代表作"Who Else"(1999)、"You Had It Coming"(2001)、"Jeff"(2003)之後,鮮少在後來的live上演出的曲目。

這次不但聽到了,Jeff還加入了最新的變奏,而女聲的部分就全由新任的貝斯女將Rhonda Smith擔綱,我個人覺得遠比原本專輯中的女歌手Imogen Heap更有魄力!(Imogen Heap與Jeff合作的部份我還是最喜歡Rennie Scott中的My Blanket)

另外,幾乎所有經典曲目這次全都出籠了,

像是去年兩場沒聽到的People get ready、Brush with the blues、

今年葛萊美最佳器樂演奏曲The day in the life,還有今年葛來得講典禮上表演Les Paul的經典曲子,還有Jeff也彈的許多新專輯的曲子,現場聽遠比CD更棒!(倒是大招牌Cause We've Ended As Lovers這回沒彈~好可惜/  \好久沒聽葛格單獨彈完這曲)

當然還有今年度一鳴驚人的杜蘭朵公主中的公主徹夜未眠Nessun Dorma,Jeff獨特的細膩詮釋,太適合歌劇的詠嘆調!聽完了真會讓人想要大喊"哈雷路亞"的衝動!我覺得Jeff Beck除了開拓的許多電吉他的聲音,他更提升了電吉他演奏技巧的層次,不再只是比猛比快的模式,而是可以像是詠嘆調ㄧ般的雅致優美...

因為Jeff Beck,世人對電吉他的認知,從冷冰冰的Pick刷絃,進化到溫暖如人聲般的手感音色,

讓電吉他不只是震耳欲聾而已,還像是管弦樂器般扣人心弦...

讓我聯想到日本人聲稱拿手的功夫叫做"自慢",

吉他對於Jeff而言,正是他的"自慢"功夫!!

 另外,我想解釋一下為什麼琦玉的那一篇"奇蹟之共演"下篇我一直沒有PO。除了我因為開始創作、後又因為感覺拖了太久再寫也沒意思,也多少是因為Eric的Live跟我預期的有落差......很多原本希望聽他彈的solo,幾乎都交由別人彈了,除了他的左撇子吉他手之外,鍵盤手也solo的時間也比Eric自己還要多。雖說我也喜歡Eric大叔的歌聲,可是我最希望的是聽他彈,不是特地去聽他唱歌。畢竟Eric Clapton在我心裡,還是個吉他手,不是歌手。多少有點理解為什麼國外有些人認為他的演出已經過於商業,僵化與停滯了。(看法人人有,這只是我現場第一瞬間的感受,Eric的音樂我全都聽過,不認同的人我也尊重,但是請別來跟我吵架,每個人都可已有他的解讀。)

 這回是我第三度赴日,其實我個人對日本並沒有特殊嚮往,只要了解我的朋友應該都很清楚我一點都不哈日,我欽佩他們的很多優點,是台灣遠遠比不上的,樂迷的素質也很高,辦這種高檔搖滾演唱會的品質真是無以倫比,看再多場都值得!但是這個民族依舊有許多我不怎麼喜歡的特質,怎樣也不會擄獲我的心就是了...所以其實我對於台灣一面倒的哈日崇拜還蠻排斥的,哈哈。當然,哈日的朋友們,我也尊重就是囉。

附帶一提,其實2010年這回的Tour我第一首選是希望到倫敦去看。由於Jeff和Eric的合作已在去年琦玉看過,再加上倫敦機票+旅費太貴了,演唱會的門票更是貴得嚇人...考慮再三還是放棄。後來一聽說Jeff會再次到日本巡迴,東京國際會議廳已經去過了,所以這回就選擇大阪國際會廳了!

PS:在網路上看到這ㄧ次Jeff破天荒的到香港演出,似乎只坐滿一半,這樣歷史的經典大師蒞臨,票房卻那樣讓人心碎,並且又聽說香港現場只有賣新的CD,周邊商品恐怕是考量到市場的現實面,完全沒有賣....最傻眼的是場刊也沒賣囧!這對粉絲而言是多麼可惜的ㄧ件事...這讓我更加肯定:這種國際經典大師,還是得到像是國外的專業場地去聆聽(這邊我也把日本包含進去了)!不管是迷的水平還是支持度,那種感動都是無與倫比的,絕對不會發生像是"沒坐滿""宣傳不夠""支持的人不夠""場內的人水準不夠"的這種狀況。怪不得Jeff本人也相當喜歡日本的觀眾,因為他覺得台下的人是"真正"在聆聽他的演奏。我在日本看了三回,場場爆滿,每ㄧ位在場的粉絲望著Jeff那種眼神,光是一起感受這就值了,可以跟這群跟我ㄧ樣死忠、識貨的粉絲ㄧ齊在場支持著我們大家共同的神--Jeff Beck,萬眾一心,感動到讓人無以復加,死而無憾且不求來生了!!

亞洲只有日本的場地能看,觀眾也最有水平,絕對不會發生這類讓粉絲們傷心的狀況,曾幾何時因為槍與玫瑰來台、Jeff破天荒的首次去了香港live,讓我稍微幻想他哪天會不會來台灣。照這次香港的形況,我倒是希望Jeff別來台灣。連曾是英國殖民地的香港都這樣,台灣更不用說了。台灣沒有這麼多懂音樂、視泰山迷,場地更沒有一處像話。他來了我反而覺得委屈了Jeff大神,還是別來台灣好了,就讓像我這種死忠的粉絲追他到懂得音樂的國家去看他吧!!!

第一天-難波

 

有了去年東京、琦玉兩次買票的慘痛經驗後,這回總算讓我們買到真正的第十排XDD!!!琦玉那次的位置真的很......淚目。

 

再ㄧ次出國~~~~這回站的位置又跟去年ㄧ樣XDDDD也都是特地出國看Jeff~~(我人生中第四次出國,就有三次是為了看Jeff,希望可以一直看下去!!!)

 

在飛機上點了牛排,有點硬...(從日本返國的那個午餐做的就軟很多)

下了關西空港,是大阪時間中午左右~~~這回已經很有經驗啦!一下飛機很快就搭上地鐵,準備前往我們的飯店地點:難波!

 搭上傳說中的"假面號"地鐵!!!!!每聽每笑 ,總讓我連想到瘋狂假面之類的.....

假面號裡很漂亮~~是說日本地鐵那麼多,這三次來日本的感覺是,ㄧ般日本人不太搭較高級的車種,幾乎都只是搭乘最普遍的通聯車。倒是我們每次來都搭這種特急的車種~(比較快也比較舒服~~><")ㄧ心想趕緊找到飯店休息要緊啊XD!

到了飯店,想不到時間太早,我們的時間還沒到。就先拍ㄧ張照片做紀念!(這間飯店很漂亮!

步行到難波商圈裡頭的ㄧ間迴轉壽司飽餐一頓。想不到店員居然會說標準的台灣腔中文XD!(他是日本人,不會錯的!)是說三回來日本我們都是用英文和中文暢行無阻XD!日本人的英文有夠抱歉(sorry,我也只是說實話!),倒是關西這邊的英文水平遠比關東好,讓我有點詫異...原本以為東京都的人英文會比較好,但是依據上兩回的印象是,不管是路邊、商店、飯店、餐館、賣場,甚至到了國際會議廳裡頭的服務人員,英文都超遜!!ㄧ聽到我們是外國人跟他講英文,幾乎所有人不是呆若木雞就是結巴,用遠比台灣小學生還要爛的英文文法回答。但是大阪這邊,上述所有的地點,都有會說英文的人,就算遇上不會講的服務生,也馬上會派出會講的人員出來~~

大阪的英文程度遠比東京好,我的感覺就是這樣啦~或許也是到關西來玩的國外旅客特別多吧,所以商家都要有這樣的共識~

到了關西怎能不吃關西特產:章魚燒、大阪燒呢?XD

很遺憾的是....我覺得很難吃囧,這種咬下去水水濕濕又軟趴趴一點口感都沒有的章魚燒,遠遠遜於我們台灣夜市裡改良過的章魚燒啊.....每次去日本,都讓我再三肯定我們台灣果然才是真正的美食天堂。

不過就算如此,大阪的章魚燒裡頭章魚,相當相當的軟嫩,這就跟台灣的章魚比較硬Q完全不同了!單論章魚的話,我覺得大阪正港的比較好吃,其他的嘛..............唉。

既然都吃了章魚燒,怎能不吃大阪燒呢。

我們去了當地頗復盛名的大阪燒專門店,他們的高麗菜都切的非常細碎,不像台灣的蔬果都用的很海派。去年在東京見識過涮涮鍋店的高麗菜細小到像是萬兩黃金似的,哪像我們台灣高麗菜隨處可見!(香蕉也隨處可見,日本超商的香蕉都是台灣過去的)

結果這個大阪燒也是..............難吃。或許也是口味不和,總覺得那照燒醬的味道很噁,又淋上厚厚的美乃滋,ㄧ口咬下差點沒鹹死.....= = 完全吃不出食物的原味。加上青菜混和等餡料又沒有台灣夜市裡的大阪燒豐盛,所以我想我以後對關西的大阪燒、章燒魚應該會完全無感,好好享受台灣夜市料多實在又美味的大阪燒與章魚燒吧!

 

第二天-奈良

ㄧ直都蠻喜歡日本飯店裡準備的早餐,不油不膩,有我喜歡的炒蛋和水煮熱狗。而且他們都會準備一大壺新鮮的冰牛奶和柳橙汁,光看就想大喝幾杯才過癮。這三次的日本之旅的早餐我幾乎都是這樣吃的~~很好吃!

在等待第三天Jeff的Concert到來前,吃吃喝喝、走走看看是ㄧ定要的囉~~

不過,我個人覺得單以城市散發出來的氣息,我更喜歡東京那種冷冷的味道。大阪人比較熱情,講話也遠比東京人大聲很多,基本上和台灣人蠻像的,比較沒有我在東京感受到的那種"冷冽的大和民族"的味道。或許也是我已經習慣了日本,較沒有像是當初第一次到東京這塊"異世界"的那種疏離感。這回到大阪,就覺得其實很多地方會讓我想起台灣。不管是頭兩天的天氣(熱的跟台灣一樣啊!囧),還是其他。

我個人比較喜歡感受跟自己國家不同風情的地方。比較有新鮮感~不然到哪都讓我覺得好像身在台北市,就沒什麼出國的感覺啦XD

第二天最重要的行程就是趣奈良公園。

才出了奈良車站,就發現這兒的外國觀光客真~~~多!!到處都是老外,而走在路上的東方人要是沒講話,就不能確定是不是日本人,有很多像是我們一樣非日本的東方人。

到了奈良時已經過了午後,我們又循線找到ㄧ間號稱全日本最長的迴轉壽司店。第一天我們在難波那間迴轉壽司店其實多少也讓我有點怨言,跟去年在成田機場內吃的迴轉壽司ㄧ樣,飯都是溫的.....個人覺得這樣的壽司美味盡失,倒是魚肉等都遠比台灣嫩,切的也很薄,刀法也很好,完全不會像台灣的迴轉壽司有時候都會吃到咬不斷的魚筋。而奈良這間呢更是好吃到讓人驚嘆連連!!完全沒有飯溫溫的問題,並且第一次讓我體驗到以往在料理東西軍等美食節目中,形容好吃的魚肉是"入口即化".............完全正確!!!

這間店的頂級壽司就是這個!!!

橙紅色澤漂亮的黑鮪魚中肚肉,亮麗的像橘紅色的玉石,ㄧ咬下去,魚肉ㄧ沾到唇齒舌頭的瞬間,就像奶油一般化掉,我從來沒吃過這樣的壽司,真是太令人難忘了!!!美食節目上說的果然都是真的~~~XDDDD何況日本的ㄧ般平價壽司的魚肉都薄的跟紙片ㄧ樣,這間店的魚肉都很厚又完全沒有筋,像我ㄧ樣嗜吃生魚片的朋友,絕對可以獲得很大的滿足感~

這是我來日本三次裡覺得最好吃的壽司!!

牆上貼的都算是價位高的壽司,現在日幣漲了,一份差不多也都是台幣幾百塊的價值。牆上這些當天全吃到了,沒有一盤不美味的,除了剛剛說的那份鮪魚壽司(最右邊),左邊數來第一個的干貝壽司也是水嫩肥胖到好像在吞水蜜桃一樣!!在台灣的迴轉壽司店吃到的干貝不是"乾貝",就是"苦貝"...我也是首次感受到干貝竟然可以像水蜜桃那般多汁!!!又大超級大顆的~~~~~~吞下去還會卡住XDDDD

再來就是左邊數來第二盤的大生蝦壽司,蝦子又嫩又大更不用說,一口都咬不完!!!!

總之這一間壽司店要是將來還有機會到大阪,我一定要再來飽嚐一頓!!

 

進入廣闊的奈良公園保育區,隨處可見可愛的梅花鹿遊走在人群之中,周圍還有販賣給小鹿們專門的點心--鹿仙貝,每隻鹿兒都精明的很,看誰手上有鹿仙貝就靠過來示好,等吃完了就拍拍屁股走人XDDDDD

不論關東關西,日本的地鐵都是那麼錯綜複雜,看了眼花撩亂!@@

 

當晚我們又去了一間知名的燒肉店,ㄧ進門遇到一個完全不會說英文也不會說日文的服務生,她愣了好一會兒,就進去搬救兵,結果出來的又是無法跟我們溝通的小姐。她們只好先請我們入席,總算找到她們之中唯一可以用英文跟我們溝通的小女生服務生...結果她的日式發音有些字彙實在讓人聽的霧颯颯(舉例如下):

Us:We don't want to order any drink.

She:And....Wada?

Us:(OS:啥!?)

She:(知道我們聽不懂,很迅速的拿出紙筆寫下:Water)

Us:(恍然大悟)Oh~~~~~~~Yes!

Water發音成Wada....有誰聽得懂....囧!!

圖片中這盤蛋黃生牛肉相當好吃喔!!!至於燒肉的部分,又是ㄧ餐想來讓人心傷的食物XD!日本國產牛肉(菜單上這麼寫的)硬到咬不動,常常吃燒肉的我,並非不明白火候的重要性,完全是肉質的問題,這也跟台灣差很遠....又很貴...= ="

這就是來到日本,繼章魚燒、大阪燒、溫溫的握壽司飯,第四道讓我有種誤踩地雷的"知名美食"囧...

 而且還有一大盤不知道是何種生物的內臟物.....全都淋上大量的褐色醬汁....鹹到完全無法下嚥......ORZ 

硬到像橡皮筋ㄧ般的燒肉......

 我還是愛台灣的燒肉啊(望天)

 

第三天-大阪城~中之島(Jeff's Concert地點)

這次我依舊把這張作品帶過來。即使知道不太可能,但是還是希望有機會見到Jeff,給他簽名(最終的願望)...

這張作品已經跟著我跑了東京、琦玉,和這回的大阪了!

第三天是這次旅行的主要目的:遊大阪城之後,直接殺去中之島---Jeff的演出地點!!!

 

於大阪城的天守閣外圍的護城河留影~這一天的天氣總算回到日本正常的溫度,前兩天簡直跟台灣ㄧ般熱~~忽然變的那麼冷,讓我想起去年那冷的要死的東京皇居一帶(像冰塊貼在皮膚上)

天守閣是古代豐臣秀吉的城堡。進入城池前,看到外頭有攤販在賣小吃,忍不住買個熱呼呼的車輪餅果腹~有趣的是這兒的攤販都很像忍者...XDDDD!真的是ㄧ臉"大和民族的驕傲"啊!

可嘆的是....這個車輪餅,單論麵粉的部分,味道之奇怪,又酸又苦,完全不覺得有什麼好吃....= = 某方面味道還挺噁的囧!!還是台灣的紅豆餅最讚啦!!!或許日本人就是喜歡這種苦苦不要太甜的味道吧......

看到路邊的日本小孩吃的那麼開心,我相信這真是口味喜好的天壤之別了...

這次趕上的日本的櫻花祭,在天守閣古城內開滿了粉白的櫻花,配上冷冷的空氣,廣播中播放的三弦琴樂音,很像進入了古日本的時代劇場景。由其冷風一吹,櫻花像是雪一樣灑落,那個景象真的是太美了...

日本人稱呼他們自個兒叫做"雪國",稱呼台灣"南國"。真的很貼切。

就算沒有雪的春季,櫻花的灑落,也是很像雪。雪白的國度,跟日本藝妓、歌舞伎們雪白的臉、日式新娘宛如喪服一般的白禮服、拉麵館的招牌...等等這塊島國真的是無處不是雪,這種通體的"大和魂"美學:極簡、素白、精煉,正是日本國讓我覺得頗有美感的原因之一。

反觀中華民族的喜好的紅紅綠綠,看久了難免有種"五色令人目盲"之感呢。

於天守閣古城內試戴日本傳統武士頭盔之一---長了兩隻牛角的這頂XD我很早就想戴戴看這種頭盔,想不到重到頭差點抬不起來....那也難怪!這種東西算是戰場上的聖物,除了保護頭部,也用來威嚇敵人。想想看,威猛的武士戴著造型可怕的頭盔,拿著砍人無數的武士刀,騎在馬上的那模樣,光想就覺得不簡單~~~~

不過,我一直聯想到維京人就是了XDDD(北歐的死金也不少是維京人XDDDD)

看完豐臣秀吉的城池之後,總算要動身前往中之島,去找Jeff葛格今晚演出的地點了!!!

從大阪城到中之島要轉兩趟車,而中之島是才剛建好沒多久的新站,真的就是在一座島上,很特別~~~但是我沒有心情東看西看,一心要趕緊找到Concert地點才安心!!!!!畢竟對我而言,看Jeff才是每次日本行最終目的^^b!!(我不是日本癡,我只是搖滾癡,哈哈~)

再一次看見Jeff的名字出現在會場外的看板上,那種興奮和滿足就像是千里迢迢終於找到自己心愛的人一樣XDDDDD我相信對於粉絲都是一樣的,不管男女粉絲,那種痴情和瘋狂基本上跟愛情傻瓜沒什麼兩樣。

那真是一種相當"真實"的感受,不是只有自己一個人在家聽CD、看DVD、癡癡的上網搜尋,等待偶像的新消息。

人們說尋寶尋寶,是的,我愛尋寶,而我的寶正是我心中最偉大的吉他手,他的名字叫做Jeff beck。 

找到了會場,這回表演的場地在五樓。ㄧ出電梯,就看見葛格的看板立在眼前XD!!!!!

又找了!!!!!!!!(歡呼歡呼)

超級瘋狂的粉絲總是來的特別早,這是我連續三回觀察到的現象~XD

除卻要上班還是別的現實原因,只要是能撇開這些俗世煩惱的話,大粉絲都會迫不及待就到現場等待,就算知道時間還很早,也不重要。人來了,就感覺跟偶像更近了,那種感覺真不錯呢XDD

這一天的奔波,中餐完全沒吃(就只吃了那又苦又酸味道又怪異的車輪餅),五樓另一處設有餐廳,是最典型的日本投幣式餐廳。我投了咖哩豬排飯,原本以為會很硬,想不到超級軟,好吃!!居然在這種表演場地的餐廳內吃到這麼可口的餐點,之前特地去找的ㄧ些美食反而未必好吃~~

很好吃喔~~~

就在我們 吃了差不多,我們隔壁桌突然來了一個男人,ㄧ手拎著一本黑色的場刊,另一手提著ㄧ袋衣服,雀躍萬分的坐下來,開始拆衣服的包裝,我看到他穿著ㄧ件牛仔外套,上頭繡著"2000 Jeff Beck Japan Tour"!這人也是提早來等候的粉絲,看樣子也是死忠的那一種,光看他那件西元2000年的紀念外套就知道了!XDD最起碼喜歡Jeff有十年以上,那種有年份的紀念商品除非運氣好,不然時間ㄧ過基本上很不容易買到,因為只要是真正的粉絲,原則上都不會脫手偶像的珍貴商品。

我看著那件外套,又看著他喜孜孜翻著黑色的場刊,甭說那一本一定是今晚的場刊!又看見他超級享受的拆著一件又一件Jeff的T恤,我整個一頭霧水:這人是工作人員嗎?現在離開場時間還有一段,他怎麼已經先買了?!

我們立刻又衝回入口處,結果發現已經先賣周邊商品了~跟上回東京國會議廳的做法不同()東京那場是進場後才在固定的位置開放購買,琦玉那回因為是戶外的所以一開始就在巨蛋外頭圍一圈開始賣!)

我很想找像是那男生身上的那件外套,帥爆了,很可惜的是這三場我都沒見到有賣。只好認命的等待未來會不會出了!

去年東京我已經買了兩件T恤、琦玉一件(Jeff跟Eric),加上這次兩件,我總共收了五件Jeff的T恤XDD

不同於去年巡迴的紅色系場刊,這一回全走黑色路線,別有一番酷味XD也是因應新專輯封面之故。覺得單純的顏色都很適合葛格呢~

Jeff曾說他不喜歡自己的臉出現在封面上,這在藝人裡是不太尋常的現象,以瘋狂自戀的Rock界更是不尋常。但是他這樣低調的風格就真的是吸引喜歡他音樂的粉絲,不做怪不做秀,不張狂不賣弄,高品質的音樂是他獻給世界最好的禮物。

場刊封面雖沒有照片,內頁裡的照片卻不少,而且畫質都相當好!(後面有,稍述~)

葛格真是我心中最帥的65歲老頭了XD!!!!真是永遠的不老帥葛格XD!(今年六月就滿66歲囉)

我在錄場刊內容介紹時,一旁有一個男人迫不及待的當眾換上T恤,看上去他差不多有四十歲,也是玩音樂的(拎著電吉他),衣服一到手吉他就先丟地上穿了起來,也沒管旁邊有沒有人在看就直接解褲子把衣服紮進去。,那種興奮的樣子就跟剛剛在餐廳與到的那個男人一樣,我相信別人看我也應該是如此XD!

Jeff的粉絲清一色是男性,相對於女粉絲是相當少見的,有的話也是有點年紀的阿姨(不少還是奶奶級的),像我這種年輕的女粉絲,還是遠從台灣追來的超級大粉絲,怎能輸給日本人XD?我立刻也跑去化妝室把衣服換上了XD!!(倒是這一場我發現40歲以下的女粉有增加的趨勢)

 是說這是我頭一次在偶像的音樂會上穿著偶像的T恤。我雖喜歡槍與玫瑰十幾年,我卻沒有一件槍的上衣,目前是已經有一件毀滅慾的,那也是去年槍來台演唱會結束之後我在場外買的。

 在自己喜愛的偶像的concert現場穿上,感覺立刻升級XDDD很像電玩裡立刻吃了什麼補給品似的戰力立刻升級一樣XDD

我身後就是周邊商品的販賣處,由於此時距離開眼時間還有一段,現在會買的都是提早到的迷,我想主辦單位也是先為早到的迷開放提前販售的,因為開放沒多久就收起來了,工作人員開始要為待會即將湧入的大量人潮做規劃與準備。

[內頁]白色裝束是Jeff 2009年的代表造型,後來這ㄧ套衣服據傳拿去義賣(不確定)。

不過葛格倒是長期投入慈善活動,或許這件也是捐做慈善也說不定~

是說去年在現場很明顯可以看出他有穿護腰在上衣裡頭,可能是演出時間久多他腰會很難受吧(關於Jeff的陳年舊傷,請參閱台長的Jeff Beckㄧ生傳奇系列舊文),今年這場似乎就沒穿了。

倒是這回因為坐的很近,終於看清楚葛格頭頂上的那個傷疤了...(應該不會錯的)

其實以Rocker來說,Jeff葛格的字跡也算漂亮了說XDDD

我本身很喜愛Tal Wilkenfeld,很慶幸有趕上她加入Jeff樂團的兩年演出(2007-09),也看過她兩回,乍聽她沒能參加今年的巡迴還蠻難過的。但是聽了這ㄧ次的演出後我覺得還是薑是老的辣!Tal擅長Jazz、Fusion、Blues等節奏,但是稍重的樂曲對她而言就比較吃力。Rhonda Smith不愧是擔任Prince長達10年的老將,她也參與了Jeff 1980年的There and Back專輯錄製。她會讓我想起1999-2001年間與Jeff合作的吉他女神Jennifer Batten,也是那種在台上會著了火ㄧ般的樂手。貝斯solo如此,歌聲也如此!

鼓手Narada Michael Walden 本身也是位葛萊美獎製作人,也在1976年Jeff的Fusion經典大碟 Wired有合作過。他的鼓聲好重!!我覺得比去年的Vinnie還要重!!聲聲重擊帶給人心臟發麻的那種感覺,由其以電音的那幾曲超出色!!Jeffㄧ直以來都很重視鼓手,他也真的非常有挑對友的眼光!

Jason Rebello 也是老面孔,有看過2007年Corssroad Guita Festival和Rennie Scott's Jazz Club演出的朋友應該都知道他。

似乎這幾年開始,圍巾成為他的造型之ㄧ!以往他都是戴項鍊~

這次現場發放的日本的宣傳單~我覺得新專輯的封面設計超酷的呢!

   

 這兩張也都是傳單,Jeff之後就換Gary Moore,有興趣的朋友記得去聆聽喔XD!

 差不多開演前半小時左右就開始排隊,我發現我不管是東京還是琦玉還是這回的大阪,我都排在前20排左右的位置,可見我每次都很早到ㄟ~XD

ㄧ樣,每次Jeff的Concert現場的迷秩序真不是我在說,我覺得日本人的民族性或許也是一點,但是最大的不同我感覺是喜歡老搖滾的迷真的不太ㄧ樣,由其又是60-70年代左右的更不一樣。也有可能是大家幾乎都是老粉絲,也不太容易會有像是ㄧ般印象中搖滾歌迷的那種火爆與衝動。大家都已經把那股激情傾注在音樂之上,用最誠懇的心支持著我們共同的英雄。

好玩的是,在商品攤收起之後、排隊人龍出現之前,有一個也差不多是四五十歲的男人看到我拿著場刊又穿著最新的T恤,超級興奮的跑到我面前用日語對我問了一大堆,我跟他說"I'm not Japanese,I can't speak,sorry."他一臉驚訝之餘不好意思的跟我道歉立刻走到前方剛剛在賣周邊商品之處問別人。我想他ㄧ定是要問我這些是在哪邊買的XD~(同樣身為粉絲的直覺)不過,很奇怪的是,大阪這場似乎在場外國人相當少,所以幾乎周圍所有日本人一聽到我們用不是日文的語言在交談(不管是中文還英文)全都露出類似"@O@"這樣的表情........搞不好他們也在交頭接耳"喂喂喂,有不知到哪裡來的外國人來看ㄟ"XDDDDDDDDDD

讓我回想起琦玉的奇蹟之共演那一回,在上萬人散場時有一個不知道哪一國的老外叔叔(真的是老外,白人)高舉雙手對著大家大喊"Jeffrey、Jeffrey,is God!!!!"我認得那老外的聲音,因為就連在巨蛋這麼大的場地,這老外大叫Jeff名字的聲音ㄧ樣響遍全場XDDDDD真是感動萬千....日本粉絲都比較內斂,由其又都是老ㄧ輩的上班族居多(下班後匆匆拎著公事包趕來看的居大半)會這樣大叫的還真不多見XD!

東京那場我還不太敢叫太太聲(因為日本人真得很安靜,很像在國家音樂廳聽演奏會XD),琦玉那場有喊出來但是競技館太大了我的聲音完全被淹沒,這回我可是傾全力大喊"Jeff~~~~~~~~~~~~~Jeff~~~~~~~~~~~"我隔壁那位中年大叔幾度以驚訝的神情回望我,真不知他是因為耳膜很痛還是覺得怎麼會有這麼個瘋狂的年輕小妹妹粉絲XDDDDD

是說這一回大阪或許真的是等待太久了,現場反應很熱情呢!!!(距離上回已達10之久因為去年的日本巡迴沒有到大阪)而且我也有聽到遠遠的ㄧ邊也有女粉絲的歡呼之聲XD!太感動了!!

 入坐之後還有ㄧ些時間,館內人員說可以趁現在到舞台前近距離看看,立刻就一堆人湧到台前。大家都圍在Jeff那把閃耀著神聖光輝(笑)的名琴-Jeff Beck的白色Stratocaster前崇拜的看個不停(我也是那傻呼呼的癡心粉絲之ㄧXD!),ㄧ堆人也對Jeff那簡單陽春到不行的效果器感到嘖嘖稱奇。曾幾何時,當電吉他走往被各式各樣花俏效果器淹沒的時代,有多少人覺得效果器就是要越多越好,越辣越嗆越爆越好。而Jeff他將近半世紀的裝備幾乎沒變,還是用超級簡陋陽春的設備。這些是許多後輩樂手們根本不屑ㄧ顧、認為早已過時的設備。

沒有別的原因,因為他是Jeff Beck,他的雙手就是最棒的的效果器! 我相信只要是真正懂音樂的樂迷,沒有人會否認這一點!

甭說年輕ㄧ輩,琦玉那次就讓我見識到Eric的舞台設備簡直就是Jeff的三倍多(團員也是ㄧ拖拉庫),也或許如此,讓我覺得一堆人分掉了我對Eric的關注,與其說專程聽Eric,到不如說聽他其他團員的solo更貼切...

當第一場Jeff結束後,Eric的工作人員就開始大規模的布置,簡直就像大搬家一樣,更多的樂器、音箱、效果器、麥克風.....等等架個不停。坐在我門左前方就有ㄧ對夫妻笑著說,Eric的東西怎麼比Jeff多那麼多XD~

除了效果器與舞台設備極盡簡單,這回也被我看到Jeff那把傳說中的"破琴"Telecaster!!XDDD

不過這把並不是看起來最破的那一支XD(也許拎上台真得太難看了吧,大笑,但是那支破琴可是逼近百萬的名琴唷),並且於安可曲時Jeff也把他那支經典的黑色Les Paul拿出來,在場的粉絲看到那把琴簡直都快暴動了!!只要是迷都知道那一把Black Beaty對Jeff的意義,那是他在1968~1976這段時間的珍貴回憶,代表著他Hard/Heavy Rock過度到Jazz-Fusion時期的縮影。過去我也只在Youtube以及Jeff的傳記和相關文獻裡頭看過,我從未親眼看過他彈這把琴....我想愛樂的朋友們一定可以體會那種感動!!

Jeffㄧ直不是那種招搖的樂手,看著他數十年如一日的低著頭靜靜彈琴的姿態,那習慣性的爽朗笑容卻又孤高的不得了的架式,那三把琴就象徵他這ㄧ生音樂生涯的里程碑。樸素無華、精煉奧妙的演出模式,Jeff把搖滾吉他手應具備的ㄧ切叛逆、傲慢、不可ㄧ世,全放在他的音樂裡頭(還有他酷愛的Hot Rod裡頭,笑)。想要要了解Jeff Beck嗎?請去聽他所有的作品吧!你就會懂我所說的那種極致、精煉,與純粹,是什麼意思了!

這次大阪live有表演到的歌曲清單(憑記憶只記得這些了,因為有些跟他年初在倫敦的歌單不太ㄧ樣),我就不按照順序排了~^^

Angel-這曲尾聲的滑棒演出,Jeff不小心凸槌一個音(還蠻大聲的),他倒也很瀟脫,只是傻笑一下又繼續彈XDDD(好可愛XD!)有香港的朋友說,他玩Bottleneck這種技巧已達出神入化。我想,Jeff Beck玩各種高難度的技巧,都早已達到這個境界了XD正因為他看他彈都好容易,不了解的人恐怕還以為這些技巧沒什麼呢~

新作品方面我覺得現場聽的效果真是美不勝收!!!我在現場買了之後回台灣聆聽,真覺得現場更動人真不是專輯可以比的。這也是做為經典吉他之神的條件---現場live的水平往往都比CD更棒。何況,Jeff他這四十年不斷的推陳出新,同一首曲子每ㄧ回Tour都有新的驚喜、新的變奏,像電音那幾首在這回的現場就有驚人的變化,現在回想起來依舊覺得熱血沸騰!!

安可曲中值得ㄧ提的有今年葛萊美頒獎典禮上,與Imelda May ㄧ同演出Les Paul的How High The Moon,也算是向2009年往生的電吉他之父Les Paul致敬!

Jeff與Les Paul始終很親,Les 也算是Jeff的吉他啟蒙者之ㄧ。不過Jeffㄧ向不怎麼會公開表達自己悲傷的那一面,與他很親的樂手去世,像是Hendrix、SRV,或是前輩Les,我想他就是那種會把情感放在心中,透由音樂來表現的音樂人。

以Les Paul的琴演奏Les Paul的名曲,這就是Jeff Beck用來向影響他至深的前輩表達其深情與尊敬的作風~現場真的是相當感人...

另外ㄧ個可愛的小插曲,我忘記是那一首曲子之前的空檔,Jeff磨菇了一會兒,粉絲在底下興奮的催促著,Jeff不太會在演出進行中跟底下的觀眾講話(幾乎都是結束後的團員介紹時才會),想不到他開玩笑的對著我們說"Patience、patience!"全場歌迷哄堂大笑XD!!

這邊有個窩心的故事分享給大家:就在我對著相機錄影時,有一對銀髮夫妻老粉絲,相當興奮的請我們幫他們兩夫妻拍照,兩位都是日本人,很明顯的,他們都是長久支持Jeff的那種超級老粉絲(相對的我超資淺XD!),夫妻倆人也是拎著場刊,太太還有點害羞呢XD!那位先生更high,說不定就是從少年時期就追著葛格跑,到現在頭髮白了拉著老婆繼續追XD!我覺得那種感覺好幸福...而已經看了葛格三回的我真心覺得很慶幸也很驕傲。真的覺得,Jeff可以陪著我們繼續彈琴給我們聽、為我們演出的感覺真棒...

我希望成為那些銀髮粉絲之一,一直看葛格的演出,一直支持下去(心)

只要Jeff長命百歲,我們大家都有耳福與眼福!^^

日本真不愧是日本,場內官方的周邊商品就已經很豐富,場外居然還有類似台灣夜市的攤販在賣日本人自己做的商品!!XDDD

前述的那個銀色十字架我就是跟這攤販買的!!只是親眼看到還是覺得很傻眼(笑),從沒想過像是Jeff這樣的老前輩的周邊商品多到還會有攤販自己出來賣XD!!!!這在台灣根本就是不可能看見的啊!!(猶記得那次槍與玫瑰的現場結束後,官方出的周邊買氣也很冷清...)

雖說Jeff在日本的知名度和支持者遠遠勝過台灣好幾倍,但是看到這一幕我還是覺得誇張地笑出來了....XDDDDDDDDDD

Jeff Beck

Beck grew up in Wallington, England. His mother’s piano playing and the family’s radio tuned to everything from dance to classical made sure Beck was surrounded by music from a young age.

“For my parents, who lived through the war, music was a source of comfort to them. Life was tense and music helped them forget about their troubles. I’m sure that made an impression on me,” recalls Beck. “I was really small when jazz broke through in England and I can still remember sneaking off to the living room to listen to it on the radio—much to my parent’s disapproval.”

Inspired by the music he heard, it wasn’t long before Beck picked up a guitar and began playing around London. He briefly attended Wimbledon’s Art College before leaving to devote all of his time to music. Beck worked as a session player, with Screaming Lord Sutch – the British equivalent to Screaming Jay Hawkins – and the Tridents before he replaced Eric Clapton as the Yardbirds’ lead guitarist in 1965.

Beck left the band in 1967 and formed The Jeff Beck Group, which featured Rod Stewart on vocals and Ron Wood on bass. The band released two albums – “Truth” (1968) and “Beck-Ola” (1969) – that became musical touchstones for hard rockers in the years to come.

Stewart and Wood left to join the Faces and Beck disbanded the group until 1971 when he formed a new version of the band and recorded two albums – “Rough and Ready” (1971) and “The Jeff Beck Group” (1972). Beck again dissolved the group and formed a power trio with bassist Tim Bogert and drummer Carmine Appice, which released “Beck, Bogert and Appice” (1973).

Veering away from hard rock, Beck created two landmark two jazz-fusion albums – “Blow By Blow” (1975) and “Wired” (1976). The all-instrumental albums shattered people’s preconceptions of what a rock guitarist was supposed to sound like. were a critical and popular success and remain two of the top-selling guitar instrumental albums of all time. The live album, “Jeff Beck with the Jan Hammer Group – Live” followed in 1977.

Music may have been one of Beck’s earliest passions but it has always shared space with a love of hot rods that began as soon as he could see over the dashboard. After the success “Blow By Blow” and “Wired,” Beck began devoting more time to his fleet of hot rods. “I like the studio because it’s delicate; you’re working for sound. I like the garage because chopping up lumps of steel is the exact opposite of delicate,” explains Beck. “The garage is a more dangerous place though. I’ve never almost been crushed by a guitar, but I can’t say the same about one of my Corvettes.”

Beck returned in 1980 with “There and Back,” but he wouldn’t be heard from again until 1985’s “Flash,” which earned him the Best Rock Instrumental Grammy- his first – for the song “Escape.” Beck re-emerged from semi-retirement in 1989 with “Jeff Beck’s Guitar Shop with Terry Bozzio and Tony Hymas.” The album earned him his second Grammy for Best Rock Instrumental. After a co-headlining tour with Stevie Ray Vaughan, Beck gave retirement another try, but it didn’t last.

Beck returned to the studio in 1993 backed by the Big Town Playboys to record “Crazy Legs,” a tribute to seminal rockabilly artist Gene Vincent and his guitarist Cliff Gallup. Six years passed before the release of “Who Else!” (1999) but the album opened a relative floodgate of music by Beck standards. It only took two years before “You Had It Coming,” (2001), which earned Beck his third Grammy for Best Rock Instrumental for the song “Dirty Mind.”

To support his latest album “Jeff”, Beck returned to the road in the summer of 2003 on a coast-to-coast tour with blues legend B.B. King on the 12th Annual B.B. King Music Festival. An official bootleg “Live at B.B. King Blues Club” was recorded in the New York club in September 2003, and released for online retail only at www.jeffbeckmusic. com.

In the summer of 2004 Jeff Beck undertook his first UK tour since 1990. Fresh from the success of picking up his fourth Grammy award (for “Plan B” from the album “Jeff”), the ground-breaking guitarist delivered a set that reflected the eclectic musical mix that is his trademark. His shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London featured guests including Ronnie Wood, Imogen Heap and Nancy Sorrell.

Later that year, Jeff performed a tribute to Bob Marley accompanied by British singer Beverly Knight at the UK Music Hall of Fame awards. In 2005, he appeared at the Brian Wilson MusiCares tribute in Los Angeles, as well as closing the show at Patti Smith’s Meltdown Festival in London before heading out on a sell-out tour of Japan. He also contributed to albums by Cyndi Lauper and Imogen Heap, and performed on a very special track with vocals by Sam Cooke for the “Les Paul & Friends” compilation album. Jeff’s albums “Beck-Ola” and “Truth” were remastered and re-issued in 2004/2005 by EMI complete with bonus tracks, with “Truth” picking up an award for best re-issue at the 2005 Classic Rock awards.

Jeff kicked off a string of sold-out West Coast USA dates in Spring 2006 with a headline slot at Fender’s 60th Anniversary show in Tempe, Arizona. The shows generated rave reviews by fans and critics alike. Summer shows in Europe and two nights at the Udo Music Festival in Japan followed. In September 2006, Jeff returned to the USA for a further seventeen shows. An official bootleg CD, simply titled “Official Bootleg ‘USA 06” which was part of the merchandise at those shows was subsequently released in February 2007 via Jeff’s website after management were bombarded with requests from people desperate to get their hands on it.

As a warm-up to performing at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Festival in Chicago (July 2007), Jeff undertook a short tour of Europe including a headline slot at Montreux Jazz Festival and his favourite venue Les Nuits De La Guitare in Corsica.

New ground was broken by a week’s residency at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club featuring the 2007 line-up of Vinnie Colaiuta, Jason Rebello and young bassist Tal Wilkenfeld. They were joined on the run by the likes of Joss Stone, Imogen Heap, old mates The Big Town Playboys and another long time pal, Eric Clapton. The phenomenal performances were recorded in high definition for DVD and Blu-Ray (a first ever for Jeff) entitled ‘Jeff Beck: Performing This Week…Live At Ronnie Scott’s’, which is to be released in March 2009.

In November 2008 Jeff renewed his friendship with Harvey Goldsmith at the Classic Rock Awards where both were being presented with awards, and in December 2008 Jeff asked Harvey to manage him.

In January 2009 Jeff embarked on a tour of Australia and New Zealand, the first there for over thirty years, where he received rave reviews with a lineup consisting of Jeff, Tal Wilkenfeld, Vinnie Colaiuta and David Sancious. This was followed by a sellout tour of Japan climaxing with two shows with his friend Eric Clapton and his band.

On April 4th 2009 Jeff was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in his own right, followed by a sell-out tour in USA with Jason Rebello back on keyboards.

In June and July 2009 Jeff toured the UK and Europe together with 3 concerts in Canada. The concerts were a resounding success and Jeff and his band were the talk of Europe and Canada.

On the 21st September Jeff hosted a ‘Masterclass’ in The British Music Experience at the O2 Arena to a small audience, talking about his career and his playing, his career and his future. That evening Jeff and The Imelda May Band played an exclusive gig for American Express at IndigO2.

At the end of October Jeff was asked to guest with Stevie Wonder and Eric Clapton at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary concerts at Madison Square Gardens, New York. When Eric Clapton was taken ill Jeff was asked to replace him on stage with his band. Jeff surprised the crowds on the first night by coming out to play ‘Superstition’ with Stevie Wonder. On the second night Jeff and his band played with special guests Sting, Buddy Guy and Billy Gibbons. The crowed went wild and the reviews were phenomenal.

The culmination of the critical and sales success of the ‘Live at Ronnie Scott’s’ DVD and his masterful performances has resulted in Jeff being nominated for a 5th Grammy for the track ‘A Day In The Life’.

The second half of 2009 also saw Jeff enter the studio with producers Steve Lipson and Trevor Horn to work on his first studio album in nearly seven years. The album, entitled ‘Emotion & Commotion’ is out on Rhino Records in Spring 2010.

2010 is set to be another huge year for Jeff, and one which introduces his new band. Jason Rebello remains on keyboards, but on bass Jeff is delighted to bring Rhonda Smith to the stage. Rhonda was the legendary Prince’s bassist of choice for ten years before joining Jeff. On drums the famed musician and Grammy Award winning Producer Narada Michael Walden steps in to the fold.

After performing at the Grammy Awards ceremony on January 31st, the band’s concert debut is in February when Jeff plays a series of exclusive shows with Eric Clapton in London, New York, Toronto and Montreal. The shows will see both artists playing separately with their own bands before taking to the stage to perform together.

After the shows with Clapton, Jeff embarks on a major world tour to support Emotion & Commotion. The tour will stop off in South Korea, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan before returning to America for the US leg starting mid April and including an appearance at the New Orleans Jazz Festival on May 1st.

Jeff Beck has recorded 21 albums as a bandleader. These are four of his best:

“Truth” (1968): This pre-Led Zeppelin album laid the groundwork for heavy-metal, with Beck providing lacerating guitar work and a young Rod Stewart wailing away on lead vocals.

“Blow by Blow” (1975): Beck didn’t invent jazz-rock fusion, but he made one of that high-octane musical movement’s most satisfying and enduring albums.

“You Had It Coming” (2001): Beck explores electronica and techno with blistering results — and expert help from former San Diego guitar wiz Jennifer Batten.

“Performing This Week ... Live at Ronnie Scott’s” (2008): Beck repeatedly soars on his first live album since 1976, a charged career retrospective that reaffirms just how well he can sing (and sting) with six strings, 10 fingers and no (guitar) picks.

There was only one problem when the Rolling Stones invited Jeff Beck to become a member of the legendary band after lead guitarist Mick Taylor abruptly left the Stones in late 1974.

“I turned them down,” said Beck, who was so coveted by England’s most famous active rock group that he wasn’t even asked to audition for the position.

“George Martin had made an offer to make an album with me, which I’d accepted, and I wasn’t going to go back on my word to him.”

The result of that collaboration with Martin, The Beatles’ longtime producer, was 1975’s landmark “Blow by Blow,” Beck’s fifth solo outing and still the best-selling release of his career.

The all-instrumental album created a template — rock power, blues-drenched emotion, jazzy sophistication and funk-fueled propulsion — that helped solidify his reputation as one of the greatest electric guitarists of the 20th century.

A two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Beck is now on a tour that includes two area concerts, both sold out. He performs Sunday at Pechanga Casino in Temecula and Monday at 4th&B downtown.

The tour coincides with his new album, “Emotion & Commotion,” which finds him skillfully covering a typically broad array of styles. One moment he’s teaming with an orchestra on Puccini’s “Nessun Dorma,” the next he’s recasting Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’ 1956 R&B classic “I Put a Spell On You.” In each instance, the 65-year-old English guitarist achieves a stunning combination of emotional purity and musical invention.

“It’s a mixed bag of stuff that somehow oddly works,” Beck said from a recent tour stop in Australia. “I tried to make it a non-gratuitous (guitar) soloing album. That’s why the songs fade out, because that (extended soloing approach) is going up a road I’ve already gone.”

Up or “Over Under Sideways Down” — to invoke the name of a song he recorded during his mid-1960s tenure with The Yardbirds — Beck is one of the few rock guitarists who sound unmistakable in any stylistic setting, including rockabilly, techno and swing.

He replaced Eric Clapton in The Yardbirds in 1965. It was the only time in his career Beck had to audition. He quickly got the job, even though he neglected to bring a guitar with him.

“I didn’t have one, because I’d sold it, so they gave me Eric’s old guitar,” Beck said, as he recalled walking into a London nightclub filled with other guitarists eager to land the job. “I played two songs and the other guitarists all ran out of the room!”

That might sound like a boast, but Beck has always been his own worst critic. He spoke glowingly of Clapton, with whom he toured earlier this year, and fellow English guitar great John McLaughlin, with whom he toured in the 1970s.

“I wish I had a little piece of either of them,” Beck said. “What I’m envious of with those two is that they seem to know exactly where they’re going, and I have no idea of where I’m going.”

But isn’t that a good way to constantly surprise fans and to keep his new band — which features drummer Narada Michael Walden, ex-Prince bassist Rhonda Smith and keyboardist Jason Rebello — on its toes?

“Yeah, but it can be a little dodgy at times,” Beck replied. “It’s like telling everybody: ‘I’m the leader! Follow me,’ and then going into a fog.”

Going solo: Tijuana continues to fetch musical odes fit for 4 a.m. dance-a-thons from the Nortec Collective boys. “Corridos Urbanos” (“Urban Songs),” out April 13 on Nacional Records, is the first solo release from Clorofila, aka Jorge Verdin. It’s the second chapter in a new era of the fractured collective working individually under the group’s common moniker, following Bostich and founding Nortec member Fussible’s 2008 release, “Tijuana Sound Machine.”

Border-town sounds: The 12 tracks tap into Nortec’s trademark blend of norteño with electronica, but the ratio of techno pop to traditional northern Mexican sounds weighs in at 70-30. It’s mostly instrumental. Australian singer Supina Bytol and former Bauhaus bassist David J provide the few vocals. Rhythms are repetitive and simplistic but nonetheless catchy and reminiscent of a border-town brand of acid house that’s found on earlier Nortec efforts, like 2005’s “Tijuana Sessions Vol. 3.”

Inspired by TJ: Verdin, now living in Los Angeles, cites his childhood memories in Tijuana as inspiration for the album, which includes tributes to the record store where he purchased his first vinyls, a retired norteño radio station and the infamous, monstrous discoteca Baby Rock (now known just as The Rock). Filling in the blanks are tracks that invoke other expected TJ postcards: naked ladies and tire shops.

很精采的分享!我本來也想衝日本場 但考量到經濟因素以及時間 後來還是改去香港 看來我應該衝日本的 就如你所說的 香港週邊商品只有CD,DVD 沒有我最想買的T-shirt 不過票房倒是沒你說的慘啦 大概有七成滿吧 至少地板區幾乎都滿了 不知有多少台灣人去 我是專程搭飛機去 聽完就回台灣了 不過還是認為不虛此行!

這倒是呢,特別是在台灣~我推廣Jeff Beck已經有兩年多了,遇到的同好手指頭算來還不滿五人。
不過,只要有心推廣就會有效果的,這是我堅持自己自己推廣下去的動力因之一~
小時候沒錢出國看,現在有能力,出國看表演、買周邊,無疑都是不想再讓未來的自己感到遺憾。同樣是錢,敗在自己喜愛的寶物上,永遠都是那樣的甘願~~~~

在画Jimmy和Jeff的部分近乎完美。就是有一个很小的问题,常人不太去关注的:关于吉他的构造似乎疏忽了点。。 Strat为21或22品,琴头并不是三角形,且有两点泛音点的是在12品上,且琴身侧面应该圆滑,个人觉得只需要加以阴影涂抹就可以达到这种效果,不用再去琴身边缘勾一条线;Les Paul为22品,15品上应该有标记而不是在14品上,且琴头细节若处理仔细则更妙。本人愚见,若有不当之处请多多包涵!^_^
