這家公司不能碰—不到萬不得已不要去
朋友來找我訴苦，他去年底被裁員，過去十幾年他一直在那裡工作，前兩年才被外商銀行合併，被以24.5的價格接進百分之百收購，剛開始的時候狀況還好，那時正是一堆銀行被合併的時候，每一家銀行開出來的離職條件都是2N起跳，獨獨渣打銀行收購新竹商銀沒有這樣的條件，還被我狠狠的恥笑一番；連後來被渣打銀行收購的幾家銀行他們的離職條件也都不錯-----為前竹商的員工默哀，又不敢罷工的一群人，只能任人宰割。【廢話少說說重點】
去年12月又不給理由的資遣一批人（不是不給理由，而是……），而且渣打銀行更變本加厲，連員工之前參加的員工認股權計劃的辛苦錢也要A—真是一家○○XX的銀行
簡單描述一下狀況:
他97年12月慘遭裁員，不管程序或其他，就是走路了；那麼錢該還人吧，不談匯率損失，光是要一筆錢，真的會氣死人，從12月29日提出書面申請，GGYY的一大堆就不提，一會推說印度沒收到，一會要用掃瞄文件送到印度，一會又推說YAHOO送出的MAIL會被擋，真的很另人生氣，總之拖到今天前也沒下來
我不想說什麼，我怕會吃上誹謗的官司，我和他要來聯絡的MAIL檔,請各位評估吧：以下是MAIL檔案，看到真是吐血，還對外號稱在台灣的法定文字是中文呢
