針對台北市廉政委員會建請台北市政府移送大巨蛋案中疑似圖利的前台北市長馬英九、前財政局長李述德一事，台北市長柯文哲日前曾說，政風處已經發文給李述德，要求在5月31日以前到北市府說明。根據《自由時報》27日報導，李述德受訪時說目前還在準備資料中，準備好就會到北市府說明。

據報導，李述德26日表示，他確實已經收到北市府要求說明大巨蛋案的決策過程，但他現在還在準備資料中，因此還沒到市政府去說明。李述德表示，一旦準備好就會到市政府去說明。
