Conforms to the norm:The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a
safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.
At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The
built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.
The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The
side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.
The
5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. The padded headrest as well as the shoulder straps can be adjusted easily and with only one hand - that way, they can be adapted perfectly to the size of your child.

這名女網友在推特上發布一篇圖文並茂的文章，分享自己的蛇蛇，還說任意讓「牠們」在床單上自由自在地玩耍，讓人看了照片嚇得魂飛魄散。不過，仔細一看，這雙頭黑蛇其實不是蛇，而是日本正夯的「雙蛇紋絲襪」，兩雙白眼球加上栩栩如生的鱗片，穿在腿上就像真的活蛇。

談9年執政 黃健庭：讓台東人更幸福
【台灣醒報記者章文、毛上仁、宋秉謙專訪】在台東縣執政9年的縣長黃健庭，透過不少新經濟活動擦亮台東招牌，包含熱氣球嘉年華、國際衝浪錦標賽及地方文化創生等。為台東帶來幾十萬人潮，也把台東縣的失業率降到全台最低（從5.8%降到3.5%），他說，他最大的心願，就是讓台東人過得更好、更幸福。
黃健庭日前接受本報專訪時說，要把台東建設成國際觀光都市，需要更長的時間，但這幾年的活動與品牌經營已經改造台東的體質，讓地方居民以台東縣民為榮。針對台東縣府的改變與未來仍須改善的部分，黃健庭指出，台東縣最大優勢仍是其「未飽和的市場」。以下是訪談內容：
問：如何打造台東品牌，做到吸引廠商投資？ 黃健庭：台東擁有好山好水作為優勢，縣府添加一些計畫與刺激，例如鐵人三項、熱氣球嘉年華及國際衝浪錦標賽，就能打開台東知名度。企業與廠商都將向知名度靠攏，透過幾次大型活動帶來的資金與商機，創造出額外的就業需求，自然會吸引更多資金與青年回流，生活品質也隨之上升，呈現良性循環。
過去台東縣受限於台灣東、西岸發展不均，少有企業願意投資，我從活動帶動繁榮，能從失業率的驟降看到成果，台東縣現今是全台失業率最低的城市，僅有3.5%。台東縣的年增收益高達300億元，因為觀光帶進的效益是全面的，當我們吸引民宿進來後，營造、保險、金融、零售、交通、洗衣、賣茶水的等等，都相繼進來了。8年前我剛接任時，一切都是死氣沉沉的，現在的台東充滿了活力。
問：這中間遇到哪些困難？ 黃健庭：遇到的困難很多，包括沒錢、沒人、沒中央援助等，但我總是比較不看一些沒有的，會去看一些有的。就好像聖經中孩童獻上他的「五餅二魚」給耶穌，竟'餵飽5000人的故事，我們手上有什麼就都拿出來，創造效益，例如台東有自然的山水，所以近幾年在這樣基礎上，去發展運動休閒，都是以國際品牌來辦的，而且都是從無到有，例如熱氣球，我們已經是全世界12大熱氣球嘉年華之一，每年都為台東帶來幾十萬人潮。
問：提升台東品牌價值的投資需要不少資金與心力吧？ 黃健庭：我覺得，現在台東已經不需要再增加更多飯店、民宿，過去我們追求量的成長，到現在我們是希望質的提升，所以包括我們做「設計中心」、「地方文化創生」，支援最弱勢的地方，其實花的錢不多，像我們「南迴創生」的專案，才花500多萬元，因為在推動創新途中，發現許多願意為台東這塊土地付出的熱情人力。
另外，我們也是全台灣第一個在地方政府成立設計中心的，設計中心除了有他自己想推動創新的做法，也有些是結合現在公務體系在做導入設計的概念，然後希望把他做得更好。
問：有沒有想過，企業成長如何兼顧環保？如何能互相不牴觸？因為之前美麗灣蓋飯店事件，你覺得如何能讓企業不要破壞環境？
黃健庭：美麗灣不是破壞環境，完全是在媒體上被扭曲、誤導。全世界哪有一個地方，在美麗的海邊，不是開發成旅遊度假的景點？結果全台東176公里的海岸線，只蓋一家飯店，竟然被撻伐成這個樣子，這個是一點道理都沒有的。
如果今天他大興土木、造成破壞就算了，但他不是，他都照環保的要求，如汙水零排放，你到底在反對他什麼？在地的部落也支持他，非常希望他來創造就業機會，讓部落的青年能回來工作。所以我覺得這是在台灣這幾年最遺憾的事情之一。
問：卸任前還有未完善的部分嗎？ 黃健庭：對外交通仍是台東縣的主要問題。從上任之初，在訂定整體計畫時，我就將台東縣定位為國際城市，一座國際城市不可以缺乏現代交通的代表：直飛航班與雙軌鐵路。現階段而言，提升交通要一步一步來，先將單軌鐵路改成電氣化，未來希望能雙向通車。
至於達成國際航班直飛台東的目標，需要更長的規劃期，台東地方夠大，興建合格的國際機場綽綽有餘，但台東縣得展現出讓中央政府有意願投資的潛力，可能透過補助款項，吸引同樣看好台東未來市場的航空業者進駐，開發期的少量載客量是必然的，就看各界對台東潛力市場有多看好了！
問：台東醫療水平仍不及大城市，是否將造成遊客或在地人的就醫困擾？ 黃健庭：過去由於經濟發展較不及西部的大城市，台東的轉診率高，屢次遇到重症患者都難以就地急診。直到幾年前，馬偕投資急重症醫療大樓，逐漸提高台東的急重症就近就醫的案件，轉診率也漸下降，現在還有基督教醫院籌備大型醫療中心，醫療品質應能提升。
偏鄉醫療系統本就不及大城市，因此建立整套完善的緊急後送機制很重要。台東縣政府透過消防局培訓，打造出屬於縣府的6支頂級救護隊，能負責即時救援與急難後送的任務，大幅增加急重症任務的處理能力。
