麻疹感染再添3病例 1本土及2境外移入
疾病管制署今天公布新增3名麻疹確定病例，包括北部20餘歲女性為1月16日越南境外移入個案接觸者；另2例為北部30餘歲男性及7歲女童，近期分別自越南海防市及菲律賓馬尼拉返國。
衛生福利部疾病管制署今天發布新聞稿表示，3人於1月27日到2月2日間陸續發病，出疹日介於1月28日到2月4日。
疾管署說，衛生單位已掌握本土個案接觸者共238人、越南及菲律賓境外移入個案接觸者分別有60及125人，個案在可傳染期間都曾搭大眾交通運輸或出入公共場所，民眾如果在同時段也曾出入相關場所，請自主健康管理18天；如果有發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽與紅疹等麻疹前驅症狀，應配戴口罩盡快就醫並告知接觸史。
疾管署表示，國內今年累計11例麻疹確定病例，其中8例為境外移入病例（感染國家為越南及菲律賓各4例）、3例為國內感染。
疾管署說，越南自去年12月疫情上升，去年累計病例數為前年10倍以上，主要發生在河內、胡志明市等大城市及北部山區省份；胡志明市今年第3週已累計2000例通報，河內市今年截至1月29日已累計64例。
另外，菲律賓今年截至1月26日，全國已通報超過1800例病例，26例死亡，病例數較去年同期增加7成，菲律賓已宣布首都區、呂宋區及東維薩亞斯（Eastern Visayas）發生大規模疫情。
疾管署說，麻疹傳染力強，民眾應按時帶幼兒接種「麻疹腮腺炎德國麻疹混合疫苗」（MMR），避免帶未滿一歲或未接種疫苗的幼兒到越南、菲律賓等麻疹流行地區；如果需攜6個月以上、未滿一歲嬰兒前往，可在出發前帶幼兒自費接種一劑MMR疫苗，自麻疹流行地區返國後如果有疑似症狀，應戴口罩盡快就醫及告知旅遊史。
麻疹為傳染力很強的病毒性疾病，可經空氣、飛沫傳播或接觸病人鼻咽分泌物而感染，常見症狀有發燒、出疹、鼻炎、結膜炎與咳嗽，及發燒3到4天後口腔內出現斑點（柯式斑點），較嚴重者會併發中耳炎、肺炎或腦炎。
勤誠受惠伺服器市場需求升溫 法人估今年每股純益上看3.9元
伺服器機殼廠勤誠 (8210-TW) 受惠伺服器市場需求升溫，5 月以來營收均寫下雙位數的年增率，但法人認為，勤誠營收並未反映終端需求成長，預期今年每股純益僅較去年小幅成長、達 3.97 元，明年表現仍得視獲利結構改善進度。
法人指出，由於目前勤誠仍得透過下游廠商出貨，下游廠商拿到的訂單比重，將影響其營收表現，因此勤誠營收未反映終端需求強勁的成長，例如上半年英特爾資料中心部門營收成長 25%，但勤誠僅成長約 13%。
從各市場營收占比來看，法人指出，勤誠近 3 年營收成長主要來自中國，由 2015 年的 33%，成長至今年上半年51%，反觀北美地區，則呈現下滑趨勢，由 41% 下降至 3 成，且中國地區同業競爭較為激烈，客戶多以價格為導向，毛利率遠低於北美地區，使其毛利率逐年下滑，獲利成長幅度也跟不上營收成長。
不過，受惠伺服器市場需求增溫，法人預期，勤誠今年全年每股純益將較去年小幅成長，年增逾 4％達到 3.97 元。
展望明年，法人認為，勤誠營收成長仍將來自中國，短期內獲利結構可能難以改善，未來提升獲利關鍵在於加強內部精實管理，強化自動化生產與節省人力成本，以及增加產能利用率，獲利結構改善進度仍待觀察。
勤誠目前全球市占率約 11%，其中，營收 7 成來自資料中心客戶，目前四大客戶包含 1 家台廠、2 家陸廠與 1 家美國廠商，終端用戶以中國的 BAT(百度、阿里巴巴、騰訊) 與美國 FAAMG(Facebook、Amazon、Apple、Microsoft 與 Google) 等全球前八大 ICP 業者為主，營收比重達 7 成。
