This is the one that I searched while I am still awake around 7:00am reading the magazine.
Lately, I’ve found that I’ve lost a lot of my vocabulary in Chinese wise. Well, I got the chance to know something today and share this with you all.
Chilling effect...generally speaking, people are too scared of the government pressure/punishments to state out much of what they think/feel. After all, this will lead to less and less people care about the society.
