Honestly, the litigation has been a long nightmare for me. Considering that we have several cases pending/going at the same time, the pressure is almost unbearable. Every time there is a deposition, I would be prepared by attorneys for a day or two before the deposition, then the deposition itself is long and terrifying. It is worse than taking a final exam. (What a way to refresh school memory!)
I have no desire to be involved in litigation. It was a decision made by my partner. As a team player, I have tried the very best that I can do to support the decision. It has taken much of my times to spend with the family (company) and the times to tackle problems and to complete projects at work. Fortunately, my wonderful customers and the staff at my department and my dear friends are great team players too. This new year serves a good opportunity for me to yell out to everyone: “THANK YOU!”

As we continue to develop new products and to file for patents to protect them, legal defense will become an integral part of our everyday business, besides quality and delivery. I am committed to serve my customers and to stay loyal to our relationship. I hope to claim more victories but I may also experience some bumps down the road. I hope to eliminate as much competition as possible using litigation as a powerful tool. However, it is inevitable that the authorized distributors will and/or are facing competition with one and other. And I have to take a neutral position for this. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
