Dear all (the eyes, the ears, the nose, the mouth, the hands, the feet…),
It has been an unusually busy year for myself and the body. I anticipate more responsibilities before end of the year and I know it will continue into next year. In light of this and the fact that the data is growing (we always stuff too much data into the body), the line of command and delegation of authority should be clear. I hereby announce that the eyes to be your supervisor during my dizziness. They're the stuff great leaders are made of.
I did not want to have any organizational hierarchy to exist in our little operation. But it seems to be inevitable. The thing remain unchanged is the culture of this circle. That we shall work as a team and respect each other's work and respect one another.
The body is the best place for continued education: to learn to lead, to learn to follow guidelines, to learn to create, to learn to cooperate, to learn to negotiation...
I am learning new stuff everyday. And I hope you do the same.
