身體有很多毛病，情緒也不好，小小事情也會有很多不好的想像。我很討厭這個我。昨晚哭了整個晚上，不斷地發惡夢，很痛苦啊！

今天的我要考試，但心情卻很反覆……

情緒成為了我的主人，我反被它所控制……

心裏隱隱地匿藏著絲絲孤獨的感覺……不斷地湧現。原來人倒頭來是獨自一個人。

對的，每個人是應該獨立，不應永遠靠別人才對。為何有一個人在身邊便會顯得自己更脆弱？不！我要堅強！

愈來愈不知道自己的想法究竟是怎樣？

假如我只會多一天，也許我的生活會比現在更充實，更有意義，至少，你想見的人也通通會出現。

陰影除之不去，餘下的人生怎麼辦好啊？

討厭這個自己，因為真正的我不是這樣。我要回我自己，但可以在那裏找到我？假如明天再不是這個我，那怎樣辦？已討厭自己一段日子了…

假如世上沒有假如就好了……至少不用假如……

我在哪裏？原來真我會躲避我的，我不是這麼的一個人……
