I used EVA Air Evergreen Deluxe class on a number of occasions in the past year and it’s as good as many other airlines business class. Their premium economy section is in the front of a B747, so is spacious in ambiance and quieter. The seats are business class style with personal video and the service (meals) is better than economy. Of particular note is the friendly and helpful disposition of their cabin staff. Over the Easter I traveled in EVA Airs Super Business Class (upstairs on a B747) again on the London-Bangkok route. The seats (in four rows of 2 x 2) in business class are more spacious than evergreen deluxe but I think its service that qualifies them to call it Super business class! The crews were some of the most attentive I've encountered and the food was very good. The service was more attentive than my business class experience and yet it was not intrusive. Again I think it was the helpful and friendly disposition of the cabin crew that made the service luxurious and yet not in your face!
我經常搭長榮客艙。我覺得長榮的豪華客艙好過許多航空公司的商務艙。長榮客艙是在波音７４７的前位，所以位置寬敞也比較安靜。坐位是商務艙的配置，服務和餐食比普通艙等來得好。值得一提的是，空服人員友善與熱情的態度。
在復活節時，我又一次選擇長榮超級商務艙到曼谷，不但位置更大服務也是不在話下。空服人員可以說是我遇過最好的而且食物也相當不錯。服務貼心但不會讓人私隱被侵犯。空勤組員的熱誠讓服務好得沒話可說。
Traveling NYC to Singapore via Taipei in EVA Air by Deluxe last week, the FA 's friendly and helpful, and food good. The best part of Deluxe class is extra room which is comfortable and can provide you a good sleep on a long haul journey. The crew's new uniform is attractive and elegant. With this good experience, I will choose Eva again.
上週搭乘長榮豪華客艙從紐約到新加坡，經由台北轉機。空勤人員友善熱於提供服務，餐飲也都不錯。最讓人滿意的是超大的坐位空間讓你在長途旅程中能舒適入眠。空勤組員的新制服真是優雅迷人。有了這次美好的飛行經驗，下一次我會再選擇長榮的。
Recently, I have more chances departing form Tokyo to Europe via Taiwan's CKS airport by Eva and China Airlines. Generally speaking, I think these two airlines are above the standard of all Asian airlines. With my latest tour to London by Eva's Evergreen Deluxe Class, I can say its space makes you feel comfortable. The cabin crews are friendly and attentive; the food is delicious while a little bit greasy and the entertainment system is fine. On the other hand, Eva economic class is a nightmare to me when I take it to Paris three weeks ago. The seat is so cramped that I have to put my feet on the aisle. Also, the attendants are sometimes rude and lack of patience to listen to your problems. To avoid the unpleasant experience happening again, I decide to fly China Airlines for a switch from Tokyo to Rome via Taipei a few days ago. To my surprise, China Airlines can compete with its rival in all aspects. The cabin crews are friendly, hospitable and good at English in the economy cabin. Moreover, some of them speak Japanese
fluently. And every seat in Y class it equipped with PTV service. I would recommend Eva Evergreen Deluxe Class for attractive price and good service. However, its economy class leaves a lot to be desired. China Airlines tries very hard to revive again and has made amazing progress recently.
最近我有許多機會使用台灣的長榮和中華航空公司。總的來說，這兩家的服務都還算不錯。最近一趟乘搭長榮客艙到倫敦的旅程中，長榮客艙的寬敞位置真是相當舒適。組員用心友善。吃的雖然有一點油但是還不錯吃。雖然豪華客艙不錯，但經濟艙卻是一場惡夢。三個禮拜我坐經濟艙到巴黎，位置還真小，連腳都沒地方放，只好移到走道上。有時候還會遇到有一點兇的空姐。這次經驗不好，於是我選擇中華航空試試。幾個禮拜前，我搭中華到羅馬，令人驚訝的是，華航各方面都不輸長榮。在Ｙ艙中每個客位都有個人電視。我會推薦長榮的豪華客艙，因為它的價錢很有競爭力還有不錯的服務質素。不過它的經濟艙還有許多進步的空間。中華航空這幾年浴火重生有許多長足的進步。
