環團籲空汙修法 環署有完整權限
【台灣醒報記者蘇盈之台北報導】「環保署應擁有完整的空汙督責權。」地球公民等數個環保團體在空氣汙染防制法修法草案開審前夕於立法院前召開記者會，呼籲立委修法保有環保署完整的決策權限，不受制於經濟部，另也籲促修法，使廠商汙染資訊透明化、強化事故應變措施，以及加重懲罰嚴重違規廠商。
台灣蠻野心足協會律師蔡雅瀅說，現行空汙法第12條規定，空汙管制條例規定「由中央主管機關『會同經濟部』公告」，但經濟部意見該有其他協調
