桃市府：龍岡路三段預計農曆年前通車
【記者謝政儒桃園報導】桃園市政府辦理龍岡路拓寬第二期「縣道112線中壢區龍岡路三段(龍岡路3段37巷至龍慈路)拓寬工程」，目前工程已近尾聲，因承纜廠商元麒營造股份有限公司財務問題，自108年1月9日起出工人數較少，工程並無停滯情形，仍持續進行中，預計於農曆年前開放通車，施工期間，敬請用路人依現場相關指示，小心通過。
「縣道112線中壢區龍岡路三段(龍岡路3段37巷至龍慈路)拓寬工程」採評分及格最低標方式決標，於106年11月開工，全長812公尺，原路寬8至15公尺，拓寬後為30公尺，含雙向各2車道及人行道，原訂工期為608天(預計108年8月完工)，市府為減少交通衝擊及附近居民之不便，故變更設計，縮短為470天(預計108年3月18日完工)。
目前，工程進度已近尾聲，未完成工項包括路面瀝青混凝土(面層鋪築、底層刨修)、標線與標誌之繪製及設立、人行道鋪面及植栽等項目，因承纜廠商元麒營造近日發生財務問題，近日出工人數由原約12至20人左右，縮減約5至10人左右，工程持續進行中，但考量廠商履約能力，市府新工處除積極洽廠商及監造檢討

龍岡路拓寬第二期工程(龍岡路三段37巷至龍慈路)，為桃園市政府重要政策之一，為改善連結中壢市區及龍岡地區之交通，桃園市政府提出「中壢龍岡地區都市計畫」，規劃拓寬龍岡路三段，北起自環中東路、南至龍岡圓環，全長約2.7公里。因全線拓寬所需經費龐大，故桃園市政府分三期辦理拓寬，龍岡路一期「龍慈路口至龍岡圓環」已於105年7月完成拓寬；第二期「龍岡路三段37巷口至龍慈路口」(本期)，於106年11月開工，工程經費約新台幣2億元、用地費約新台幣13億元；第三期「龍岡路三段37巷口至環中東路」目前規劃設計中，待龍岡路全線拓寬後，將有效疏解龍岡地區居民通往中壢市區、平鎮市區及八德市區之交通流量，提升大龍岡地區之交通效益。

早產嬰食道閉鎖 微創術救命

僅 35週又 5天的早產阮姓女嬰，體重 1755公克，出生後第 2天即不斷流口水、吐泡泡、呼吸急促且餵奶嗆到，醫師懷疑為新生兒最緊迫急症之一的「食道閉鎖」，轉入彰基兒童醫院，經以胸腔鏡微創手術進行食道牽引術及食道吻合重建手術，女嬰可自主靠嘴巴喝奶，出院時體重已上升至 2000公克。
兒童外科主治醫師傅玉瑋提醒，食道閉鎖是新生兒嚴重的急症之一，出生後最先表現出來的症狀是不斷流口水、或從鼻孔冒出泡沫，病嬰也無法吞嚥，如有發現應盡早確診、治療。
傅玉瑋指出，一般新生兒食道長度約 8～ 10公分，缺口 3公分以上即可算為嚴重，阮姓女嬰的食道竟缺了 5公分。食道閉鎖一般發生率為 4千分之一，時常合併早產現象，且一般體重 2千公克以下新生兒在食道閉鎖手術後存活率僅有 65％。
食道閉鎖依照依照結構可再分為 5種不同型態，阮姓女嬰是非常罕見的 A型，就是食道兩端未連接且過短，導致食物無法經食道進入消化系統，且無法直接重建食道，這類型發生機率只有 5萬分之一。
