泡麵含有重金屬？無攝食風險也無法避免
我們從小一定都從長輩口中聽過一句話：「少吃泡麵！吃太多小心會變木乃伊。」因為大家普遍認為泡麵是不健康的食物，不只不營養又高油高鹽，更有很多防腐劑。所以吃多了泡麵，就會讓大量防腐劑殘留於體內，也就變成大家口中的「木乃伊」了。
其實泡麵能防腐並不是因為添加了防腐劑，而是藉由油炸、去水分的方式來達成延長保存期限的目的，不過醬料包的部分就比較難避免防腐劑了。
最近網路謠傳泡麵含有重金屬，衛福部食藥署出面闢謠，食品中所含有的重金屬多來自於環境，為無法避免的污染物質。經過攝食風險評估，相關產品都沒有攝食風險。
目前國際間並沒有針對泡麵中的醬料包、油包，其內含的重金屬訂定規範，而食藥署是以食品良好衛生規範準則（GHP）為原則，針對食品原料中的重金屬進行監督。所以目前而言，重金屬屬於不可避免的污染物質，而泡麵並無攝食風險。
其實在泡麵的醬料包上都可以看到「酌量使用」的警語，提醒民眾不要全部都加，依照個人喜好跟需求來酌量添加就好。另外，泡麵還是較缺乏人體必需的營養，所以最好還是適量食用，烹調時也可多加入青菜、雞蛋等食材，來補充需要的營養素。
