1945/8/12第一號命令（Ｇeneral Ｏrder Ｎo.1）由杜魯門總統發給麥克阿瑟，日本投降後，就在1945/9/2在美國航空母艦密蘇里號上，接受《日本降書》之後，麥克阿瑟同時宣佈給日本的第一號命令（Ｇeneral Ｏrder Ｎo.1），並分送給有關盟軍，前往受降地受降。
