當1943/6/22→25美國總統羅斯福和中國蔣介石的夫人在白宮，做出了見不得人的勾當，並且出賣了臺灣之後，人世間可以說是除了美國總統羅斯福和中國蔣介石以及蔣介石的夫人之外，幾乎無人知曉，但是牠們卻忘記了還有神聖仙佛在看著。

Ａ、美國希望中國能將日本軍拖住，使用拖延戰術將日本軍隊，拖住在中國戰區內，以利美軍的反攻作戰。
Ｂ、中國則要求金錢、武器、物資等等的支援，並表列出來；由於中國的各港口皆被日本軍所占領，因此戰爭物資要運到中國的內陸，就須要由中國的內陸打出一條通往緬甸（英國殖民地）的公路，才能將援助物資運往中國內陸，這才須要英國的參加與同意，但是英國首相邱吉爾從頭到尾，就輕視蔣介石，本不想參加，但拗不過羅斯福，才勉為其難的參加會議。
Ｃ、美國因為需要由中國軍隊拖住日本大量的軍隊在中國大陸，所以直到此時才和中國聯盟，對中國的軍援、經援都一口答應，但相對的也要求中國戰區做為盟軍總部的遠東戰區，接受盟軍總部的指揮調度，當然！遠東軍戰區（即中國戰區）的總司令當然是蔣介石委員長。
Ｄ、中國的蔣介石，已經被日軍打得頭昏腦脹、頭昏眼花、頭暈目眩了，全中國僅剩下這西南一隅，苟延殘喘，而今有美國背書，英、美兩國同意支援，協助對抗日本，正是求之不得的事，於是就在當時，還是以軍閥的嘴臉，「故態復萌」、大放厥詞。
Ｅ，至此羅斯福恐蔣說漏嘴，但邱吉爾是精明幹練的人，一看即知，當然不肯為他們兩人背書，尤其他從頭到尾就輕視蔣介石，又怎麼會心甘情願的為他背書呢？所以他迅速的離開了埃及開羅。

因為原件是用英文，所以最上面清清楚楚的寫著「Press Communique」兩個英文字，照字面翻譯應該是「新聞公報」，若用意譯則為「宣傳用新聞稿」，完全沒有「開羅宣言」的意思，若是「開羅宣言」，英文應該是：「Cairo Declaration」才對。所以從蔣介石的極機密檔案裡挖出來的「開羅宣言」其實不是『開羅宣言』，換言之，在這世界上，跟本就沒有所謂的「開羅宣言」，這只是蔣介石騙術、騙吃騙喝、騙財騙色的「偽造的臺灣所有權狀」如此而已。
