在法院開庭時，我向法官要求與被害人「對質」，因為我不會講廣東話；她也聽不懂我說的「普通話」，又怎麼能「勒索」呢？勒索是「須要言語表達意思」；而「雞同鴨講」能「表達勒索」的意思嗎？如果是傷害、恐嚇等不需言語表達的罪名，還有可能犯罪；另外有用字條、信件表達勒索的意思嗎，她也沒有；但法官拒絕採納我的說詞；她的律師向法官說的話，我也聽不懂，只一庭，就宣判了。
接著，依據同房舍的香港人告許我，去我房間打我的那四個兇手，又犯案被抓起來了，要我告訴法官，結果我要求出庭見原來的「Ropo」法官，法官問我是不是要要求「減刑」？我說：「我並沒有犯罪，不須要減刑；我是要告訴法官，真正犯罪的那四個兇手，現在又再犯罪，如今已經被抓進來了，希望法官再調查本案，我確實是被冤枉的。」這個「Ropo」法官聽翻譯人員，告訴他之後，滿臉通紅，還不是普通的紅，紅通通的面紅耳赤，但還是一樣，要我去「上訴」。
當然！我的不滿寫在臉上；香港的「看守所」、「監獄」，常常有所謂的「紳士」代表「香港總督」去巡視，要去巡視時，都會通知「犯罪嫌疑人」，讓「犯罪嫌疑犯」有「投訴」的機會；因此，只要有「紳士」來巡視，我就「投訴」，讓我的「冤情」直達「尤德總督」。（這是值得臺灣政府學習的一個制度。）
