今天是2014/2/27在1947年二月二十七日，到了晚上約九點到十點鐘，就是中國豬蔣介石在臺灣血腥屠殺臺灣人民的起始點，也就是臺灣歷史上所謂的『臺灣228血腥大屠殺事件』，為了還原事件的原始樣貌，就從今日起，逐日一一還原，所有資料來源詳見拙著《臺灣歷史全集》。

二二八屠殺事件：【臺北市】美國政府能置身事外嗎？

次日（一九四七年三月一日）
三月一日，臺北民眾再包圍鐵路局，同樣的，也遭受到局裡的中國士兵的機關槍掃射，臺灣人民因此激憤難抑，事態益形擴大，群眾便瘋狂的包圍公共場所，恣意破壞，整個臺北市陷入了極端混亂之中。
動盪不安的臺北市，未見平息反而益形擴大，更影響到了鄰近地區：北上至基隆、八堵，南至桃園、新竹；最初這三天，臺北市的中國公務人員及眷屬，確實也受到傷害，如在馬路上遭受池魚之殃的被毆打，家中家具被打壞，也成為被害者之一。
同一天，臺北市的參政員、參議員與國大代表議決組織「二二八調處委員會」（後來於三月三日擴大改組為「二二八事件處理委員會」），向長官公署提出解除戒嚴、釋放被捕民眾、軍警不得胡亂開槍射殺民眾、濫捕民眾、官民合組處理委員會，處理善後等四項要求。
當天下午五時，陳儀並對全臺民眾廣播，答應解除戒嚴的要求，以及成立事件處理委員會之聲明，以安撫民心。但並未收到效果，當夜十二點解除戒嚴後，但是被捕民眾卻並未被釋放下，三月二日起，騷動暴亂便延伸出去，延伸到新竹以南的地區了。

south of Hsinchu area .
