Ｄ、中國的蔣介石，已經被日軍打得頭昏腦脹、頭昏眼花、頭暈目眩了，全中國僅剩下這西南山區一隅，苟延殘喘，而今有美國背書，英、美兩國同意支援，協助對抗日本，正是求之不得的事，於是就在當時，還是以軍閥的嘴臉，「故態復萌」、大放厥詞。

之後，中國蔣介石返回中國四川重慶；羅斯福和邱吉爾兩人，都到德黑蘭去了，去和另一個尚未參戰的大國，蘇聯的領導人史達林會面，商談邀請蘇聯參戰，並共同簽署了三分宣言：於1943年12月1日發表：〈此時蔣介石夫婦早已回到中國四川重慶〉
