2013年即將結束之際，我們已經把當年的頂級@白宮鳴叫的時間表。
※※美國總統奧巴馬閣下：你好！──我的“臺灣建國之路”五十年NO.27
接續：
因為牠們這些中國長敗軍大都沒有受過什麼教育，有些甚至於連去讀書都沒有，所以連個大字都不認識一個，自己的名字都不會寫，牠們有些是被「抓來」當“兵伕”的，充當人頭軍人，真正由正規軍人出身的聊聊可數，但都已經是營級以上的軍官了。
這是發生在民國52/2/19至55/2/19〈1963→1966〉真實的故事，我在臺灣海軍陸戰隊〈103梯次〉服義務兵役三年其間的真實故事，目前臺灣尚有很多的老戰友還活著，我敢說謊話騙人嗎？
話說回來！就是因為這些「滾不爛」〈升官無望又退伍不了〉的中國豬充斥在軍隊中的基層，做為臺灣義務兵的實際領導者，論學歷、經歷，臺灣義務兵勝過他們多多，論道理，又是臺灣兵佔在有理的一方，情理法各方面，臺灣士兵都站得住腳。
但是牠們這些中國豬，卻一再的強調：「服從！」無限上綱的服從暴行之下，以致造成了理論與實際嚴重的脫節，甚至於互相矛盾，致使臺灣義務兵完全沒有了向心力，反而成為越來越強的離心力，所以才會有前面所說的：「一旦大部隊集合，上到軍艦了，發下子彈，我們就要先把「這群豬仔」〈中國豬們軍官士官〉先解決掉〈先槍殺掉〉再說、、、」。
中國豬們的軍紀不嚴，賞罰不分明，這又是我親自體驗的實際狀況，實際日期我忘記了，大約在民國53〈1964〉年夏，海軍陸戰隊做了一次『政治戰士講習會』規定全師都必須參加，包括連級軍官，全師在林園師部集合講習，並且規定每週講習後就在週六上午考試，考完試才能放假外出。
當我們本連要出發前往師部報到前，連長特別訓話：「希望各位弟兄努力學習，全力以赴，爭取我們連隊的榮譽、、、。」
第一週到第四週，每週六考試，所考的題目都是本週所說的科目內容，考試方式是：「是非題50題」、「選擇題50題」，每題一分，考試時間：「兩小時」。
到了第四週週六，將前面三周全都考一百分的同學，依序叫名字坐到第一排，並間隔一個座位，防止作弊，最後考試完畢後，成績一公佈，只剩下來三位同學，四次都得到滿分，我就是其中一個。
要再比平時表現的成績，我的中隊長是別的單位的連長，他要替我打分數前，特別叫他的傳令兵叫我去他的寢室，他用十拿九穩的堅定語氣告訴我，他要給我拿第一名，所以他打給我99分的高分，他說：「平時的表現是沒有人會有滿分的，依照以往慣例，都是在90到95分上下，他這一次特別給予我99分，穩可拿到第一名、、、。」結果如何，下次分曉、、、待續
