因為七十年前的這幾天〈1943/11/22→26日〉是攸關臺灣命運最重要的日子，所以我特別每天一篇相關文章連續披露，讓臺灣人民和美國人民知道確實的史實，不要讓政客們使用「詐術」，在暗中壞事做盡、惡事做絕，卻還能在人間騙取『美名』，這樣一來是無法對真正的歷史做交代和對神仙佛聖與上帝的審判公正性，是不容任何人存疑的！因為一般人民只看到政客們的光明面；牠暗中的陰險毒辣，卻是深藏不露，讓人民完全不知不覺。
例如：一九六一年秋，聯合國舉行大會，「蒙古人民共和國」申請加入，此時中華民國勢必投否決票；美國總統甘迺迪乃派特使到日本邀請廖文毅赴白宮訪問。【按：這是陰險毒辣的政治手段，目的在警告蔣介石，但卻使臺灣獨立運動之臺灣人民，更加的遭受蔣介石之積極迫害。】
在臺灣的蔣介石知道消息後，到日月潭的行館苦思一夜，結果表示“願意棄權”，不再杯葛「蒙古」入會。〈因為牠知道，若一反對！美國甘迺迪總統勢必扶助：「流亡日本的臺灣共和國廖文毅總統」，然後將自己驅離臺灣，到時、、、〉
之後，牠派遣黃朝琴為團長、彭明敏為顧問、、、參加聯合國大會，果然沒有再杯葛蒙古進入聯合國。
※而美國總統甘迺迪，利用完廖文毅之後，目的達到了就不再題：「邀請廖文毅赴白宮訪問之事」，船過水無痕；但是“上帝”知道嗎？當然知道！你是“上帝”！你會怎麼審判！？尤其廖文毅也是天主基督教教徒，他的太太還是美國白人呢！
善良、好的、有良知的美國人，也有！臺灣的好朋友：美國大使館副領事喬治‧柯爾（George
Ｈ.
Kerr）
喬治‧柯爾是直接音譯的名字，而他在美國派駐臺灣大使副領事期間的名片是：「葛超智」。他生於一九一一年，一九三五至一九三七年，到日本研究日本政治及日本歷史。
一九三七年，在一個偶然的機會，來到臺灣，並且擔任臺北州立第一中學（今之建國中學）及臺北高等學校（今之臺灣師範大學）英文教師，至一九四○年，從此與臺灣結下了不解之緣。
一九四○至四二年回美國哥倫比亞大學研究。
一九四二至四三年，任職於美國國防部軍事情報總部。
一九四四年起擔任美國海軍情報中心武官。
一九四五年八月大戰結束後，他以美軍觀察團成員的身分，回到臺灣，隨後被派為出任美國駐臺副領事。
當時，他對中國官吏的腐敗和貪贓枉法，非常的不滿和反感，且對這些受迫害和壓榨的臺灣人民，抱持著極為同情的態度，因此之故與中國官吏的關係，十分的不睦。
至一九四七年「二二八事件」爆發，臺灣人民遭受中國軍隊的屠殺，他每天都以大量的「報告書」，上呈美國國務院及駐中國南京的大使館，向他們大量報告臺灣的屠殺情形，因而得罪了中國的貪官汙吏，而被列為「不受歡迎的人物」，終於在同年三月十七日被美國召回，此後他就未曾再踏入臺灣。
雖然他未再履臺，但對在世界各地的臺灣獨立運動菁英們，都有密切的連絡和影響，例如與日本廖文毅的臺灣民主共和國臨時政府，都有密不可分的關係，甚至在美國白宮與國務院準備『棄蔣保臺』時，他極力主張扶持本地人士，而放棄逃亡來臺的中國國民黨。
柯爾返美後，先後任教於夏威夷大學、華盛頓大學、加州柏克萊大學、以及史丹福大學，主要講授的是：臺灣政治、歷史、文化等科目。
當時，柯爾更加的收集關於臺灣的資料，越來越對臺灣關心，於是在一九六五年，以他在臺灣的見聞寫了一本：《Formosa
Betrayed》（被出賣的臺灣）、而後於一九七四年，他又完成了一本有關日本殖民統治時代的研究報告。之後於一九九二年八月二十七日，病逝於夏威夷火奴魯魯島。
評論：
（1）、假如，美國的羅斯福，在一九四三年時，沒有秘密答應蔣介石，由中、美共同瓜分臺灣時，那麼臺灣由美軍托管，今天「臺灣」早就和菲律賓群島一樣「獨立自主」了，也不至於成為現在這樣『畸形的臺灣』，這是美國總統羅斯福的第一步大錯，同時也是他出賣了美國的國家利益給中國蔣介石。
（2）、在中國蔣介石兵敗如山倒時，美國杜魯門總統，如果採納柯爾的建議：
「甚至在美國白宮與國務院準備『棄蔣保臺』時，他極力主張扶持本地人士，而放棄逃亡來臺的中國國民黨。」
那麼，臺灣也是不會像現在一樣的，成為現今世界上獨一無二、絕無僅有的：『畸形國家』，唉！美國出賣了臺灣！

step towards a working Washington
On
Tuesday we
told you
about a group of Senate Republicans who were holding up
confirmations for important executive and judicial
nominations. Since he took office, President Obama's executive
nominees have faced more filibusters than in the previous 60
years combined -- an unacceptable standard of business.
So
yesterday, a majority of senators took a step to overcome this
obstruction and made a key change to the way Washington does
business: They changed the rules so that nominees (except
those to the Supreme Court) can no longer be blocked by a
minority of Senators from receiving a simple yes-or-no vote.
As a result, it will be much harder for partisan gridlock to
prevent qualified nominees from serving their country.
As
President Obama said in his statement:
All
too often, we've seen a single senator or a handful of
senators choose to abuse arcane procedural tactics to
unilaterally block bipartisan compromises, or to prevent
well-qualified, patriotic Americans from filling critical
positions of public service in our system of government.
