今天如果不是為了『核四廠』，老實說我不會再寫這一封公開信，因為它關係著臺灣土地和人民，及其子子孫孫，甚至全世界；雖然你不是人，更不是臺灣人，但是你已經在臺灣生活了六十多年〈包括在美留學用的是臺灣人民的納稅血汗錢〉，臺灣及臺灣人民對你不薄，且更支持你，選舉你為總統〈我並不支持你和他〉，掌理國家大政，讓你能夠為臺灣土地和人民盡一份心力。

豈知，你不僅不知感激、感恩圖報，反而是倒行逆施、恩將仇報，將提拔你的恩人蔣介石、蔣經國和李登輝，踩在腳下：違背蔣介石的漢賊不兩立〈你投降跪地求饒〉；違背蔣經國的三不政策〈不接觸、不談判、不妥協〉；違背李登輝的「戒急用忍」，以及他非常不當的提拔你：「新台灣人」，牠讓你當上台北市長，也因此他必需接受「現世報」，他被你提起公訴，哈哈大笑！他應該負起最大責任，但也凸顯出：原來中國式的『溫良恭儉讓』，竟然是這種下三流的詐騙騙術，就像中國歷史的『王莽』。

今天，我很高興的要邀請你及你的家人一齊入住：「核一、核二、核三廠」廠區內，不要租金，免費供應三餐，因為它是最安全的〈你的意思，尊重你〉。因為你是在沒有任何干預下的自由決擇，你必須接受。
