酒精不影響開車？新北市一名44歲的男子林志憲，前天晚上(5日)，在台北市與朋友聚餐、喝酒，聚會結束後他自認還算清醒，自行開車返回新北市三重住處時，不料卻恍神一路將車子開到泰山區，他驚覺走錯路後匆忙下高架橋，卻在路口違規左轉時，撞上剛送完女友回家的台大林姓碩士生，導致林男頭部重創，送醫急救後宣告不治。林男的家屬得知此事後，都相當激動，林母更是崩潰痛哭：「兒子被人渣殺死」、「心肝寶貝沒了」。

警方調查，事故發生於前天(5日)深夜11時許，林志憲因酒後恍神，返家路上開錯路，決定從台1線高架道路下匝道，然後在泰山區新北大道五段、泰林路一段路口貪快違規左轉，當時剛載送女友返家、準備騎回台北住處的林生正好經過，看到林男的違規休旅車時已閃避不及，連人帶車被撞飛，一旁待轉區內的2輛機車也遭波及，林男送醫後因頭部重創傷重不治。因林男的酒測值高達0.70毫克，全案依公共危險罪、過失傷害罪移送，以10萬元交保。死者大體昨晚(6日)相驗，林男站在往生室外，被情緒激動的家屬痛罵「用跪的進來啦」。
