子弟兵被吹犯規 勇士教頭激情抗議NBA開鍘
美國職籃NBA金州勇士葛林在球隊出戰波特蘭拓荒者的比賽中被吹犯規，總教練柯爾（Steve Kerr）因此對裁判咆哮，今天聯盟對他開鍘，祭出2萬5000美元（約新台幣77萬元）罰款。昨天比賽中，勇士的葛林（Draymond Green）被吹判一級惡意犯規，柯爾對此憤怒的表達抗議後，被判罰並護送出場。柯爾在那場比賽中收到兩次技術犯規，他在將戰術板摔到地上，並怒譙裁判茂爾（Kenny Mauer）後遭罰出場。NBA籃球營運執行副總裁范德維奇（Kiki VanDeWeghe）證實柯爾遭到罰款。柯爾後來向記者說明他生氣的反應，並表示他對葛林看似無害的挑戰對手，卻被判犯規而感到困惑。柯爾說：「我當時很震驚，那樣竟然會被判一級惡性犯規。」柯爾表示：「這令人摸不著頭緒，我的意思是，對方上前來準備灌籃，你得確保他不會真的得逞，所以我告訴肯尼（裁判茂爾名字），恕難苟同。」葛林同樣感到困惑，並暗示他是因為過去種種犯規紀錄而受到嚴厲處罰。葛林談到那次犯規時說：「我是針對球去的。我不知道耶，這應該是『葛林條款』吧。」葛林也感謝柯爾為他抱不平。

攻擊警察等於攻擊公權力 賴揆：研議襲警罪
（中央社記者鄭景雯台北26日電）反軍改團體昨天衝撞立院，多名警察與記者遭到毆打。行政院長賴清德今天表示，「昨天的脫序已經超過法律的範圍，針對這種暴力的行為，政府絕對不會寬貸。」
賴清德指出，今天在行政院會上，行政院政務委員羅秉成提到，攻擊警察等於攻擊公權力，和一般的妨害公務在程度上會有一些不同，攻擊警察和妨害公務要有所區隔，這部分已交由法務部研究，「這樣的想法，主要是要維護警察同仁，在執行公權力要受到保障，避免類似情況再度發生。」
行政院發言人徐國勇今天在政院後記者會指出，賴清德指示為了維護社會秩序與保障國人安全，請警政署、法務部對違法施暴者務必強力執法，依法嚴加究辦，並研議針對攻擊員警的「襲警罪」。
賴清德今天下午出席行政院文化獎頒獎典禮，會前被問到昨天反軍人年改抗爭警察及記者遭毆打相關議題時表示：「首先代表行政院，高度肯定昨天警察同仁的執法，也要對在陳抗當中遭到攻擊的警察和媒體朋友表達慰問，大家都辛苦了。」
他表示，陳抗本來是民主國家人民的權利，「但是昨天的脫序已經超過法律的範圍，針對這種暴力的行為，政府絕對不會寬貸。」他指出，行政院會要求警察同仁及司法單位要嚴格執法，並且要依法執法，絕不寬貸，「維護社會治安的決心，政府絕對不會打折。」（編輯：施燕飛/黃瑞弘）1070426
