I extremely agree that television, newspaper, magazines, and other media pay too much attention to the personal lives of famous people such as public figures and celebrities. The media ignores the privacy of the famous people, and the trivial of the personal lives of the famous people should not be discussed in the public media whatever their want or not.
First of all, I think that some media take a visit to the famous people over line. Often the media reports the gossips in order to satisfy the readers’ security and does not focus the point of the important events. For example, many years ago, the England Princesses Diana died from the accident result from the media followed after her. No one has the right to bother the other’s peace life, so does the public media.
Secondly, the media sometimes take a mistake and make a big trouble, as well as open the families of famous people. It may make their families suffer danger because the kindergarten. Moreover, the personal lives of the famous people should not discussed and spot under the public media. By doing so, it is not only meaningless, but also not ethic.
In summary, I consider that the public media take too much concern at the personal lives of the famous people. It does not responsible to the broad readers and has the wrong direction to deal with the professional news.
