The songs remind me of the good old times
原本計劃 8月16 日在U of T 的課程結束之後, 就立刻飛往馬德里•
但因為Nova Scotia之旅, 而延到 9月1 日 才離開Toronto.
剛好我喜歡的Sheryl Crow今晚在Toronto的 Air Canada Center有場演唱會 , 給了自己一個理由在Toronto多待幾天•
待在北美的大城市好處之一, 就是有較多機會欣賞到很多台灣比較看不到的表演 • (有機會再介紹我在多倫多看的另一齣音樂劇--獅子王•) 如果我再多待兩星期, 還可以看到 拉丁王子 Enrique Iglesias ;再多待兩個月, 可以看到雪兒阿姑的告別演唱會……
Toronto是一個可以看到許多精彩, 多元 表演 ;但又不像紐約那樣昂貴的城市•
1993年 , Sheryl Crow的 “All I wanna do”開使在世界各地的電台播放,
那時我大二 ,不知道未來要做什麼, 只想談戀愛•
(2000 年三月, 我二度拜訪LA • 和朋友去pub搖頭狂歡, 體驗Sheryl Crow “all I wanna do” 中所說的 Until the sun comes up over Santa Monica Boulevard
1996年, Sheryl Crow 出了第二張專輯同名專輯 • 那時我剛入伍, 充滿憤怒與無奈的“if it makes you happy” 就是我當是心情的寫照 •
1998年, Sheryl Crow 推出了第三張專輯 “Global Sessions “我歷經了另一次失戀 • “my favorite mistake” (….woke up and called this morning
The tone of your voice was a warning
That you don't care for me anymore…..) 簡直就是我的故事 •
2002年夏天 , Sheryl Crow 推出了和“Tuesday night music club” 一樣優的 “C’mon C’mon” • 第一支單曲” soak up the sun” 是我目前旅行中最喜歡在radio 聽到的歌•
“Hit it, This ain’t no disco, it ain’t no country club either, This is Toronto….all I wanna do is have a little fun before I die…”
Sheryl Crow 帶給今晚數千名歌迷兩個小時的聽覺享受!
