Triple-Black SF AF1 HIGH

Love the Triple-Black SF AF1s. They have a more durable synthetic material that should be tougher than the leather on the lower-tiered models. One bit of advice on sizing: because the material on the triple-black pair is synthetic & has a zipper, they dont stretch much thus you should go a half size up. I verified this by ordering 9 and 9 1/2... My usual 9 squeezed the feet to the point where it became uncomfortable after 10 minutes. As for other SF AF1s, I noticed that the suede and leather pairs are more comfortable and are true to size because the material stretches with wear. Other 限時商品購買折扣than that, this color is beastly! This review also applies to the Triple-White Ibex pair (synthetic).
Great Shoe - Ridgerock color, not so much.

I purchased the ridgerock colorway and they look AWESOME! However, the material used in this shoe is obnoxiously loud. If you are walking indoors, everyone will hear your every step. It makes a loud crunching noise. It was too loud to bother keeping them which was disappointing because they really do look great. Since I loved the design of the shoe, I wanted to try a different colorway because, despite what the information says, the materials used in the other colorways looks totally different. Just got the rattans today and they are sweet! And I can now 100% confirm the materials used are vastly different from the ridgerock colorway.In summary, awesome design, super comfortable, stylish - but stay away from ridgerock, despite the product description, it is a totally different material. 5 stars for main colors, 1 Star for ridgerock

軍改釋憲 法學教授：沒新理由恐仍合憲
主張維護退伍軍人權益的八百壯士，針對政府剝奪退休權益立法溯及既往提出釋憲。根據大法官第717號釋憲文，曾針對扁政府限縮18%優存額度政策解釋，認為只要符合公共利益需求，不違憲。學者認為，這次八百壯士針對軍改不溯及繼往及信賴保護原則提釋憲，若提不出新的理由，最後釋憲結果恐怕也是合憲。
文化大學法律研究所教授李復甸表示，大法官過去針對公教的解釋，在這次軍人年改解釋中可能會有兩種作法，第一，可能會因過去解釋過相同的理由，大法官不一定受理，用申請駁回釋憲。第二，大法官看到過去公教年改所做的結果，現在來看認為是不公平，改掉過去717號解釋，讓軍公教的釋憲結果也都被改變。
若涉特賣優惠網站及公益必要 比例原則可改
政治大學法律系教授劉宏恩表示，八百壯士走到最後一步的釋憲，看來是宣示意味較重，他們主張的信賴保護原則，在法律層面看來，不是不能修改，若涉及公益必要，這比例原則是可以隨著做更改，爭執的焦點不能解釋成不能更動，只要符合公共利益需求，這都是可以被改的。
東吳大學法律系副教授胡博硯表示，不同總統提名或是不同政治立場的大法官所做的解釋，可能會有差別，但是在整體的立場看來，這套說法仍有可能會被維持，大法官會針對條文做具體檢視，理論上與公教年改的釋憲結果變化不會太大，但也不是每個大法官意見都相同，最後能不能共同做出一個結論也不一定。
