竇靖童近日在飛機經濟艙上被網友偶遇，但最引人注目的是，她的隨身水杯竟然是中國傳統的「搪瓷杯」。ETtoday報導，這種杯子10元一只，價格非常平民，不少網友紛紛大讚她沒有巨星架子，始終維持一貫樸素的生活方式。
事實上，竇靖童雖然是天后王菲與竇唯的女兒，但卻不像其他星二代一樣過著被過度保護的生活，還沒出道前，也曾在咖啡店打工賺錢，直到2016年正式出道後，身價才跟著水漲船高。據報導，先前有消息傳出，竇靖童目前的唱酬已經高達300多萬元（約45萬7238萬美元），比媽媽王菲當年極盛時期唱一首歌200萬元（約30萬8600美元）還高。
