In order to supply your child from birth up to an age of four years with maximum safety, the child car seat must be attached to the car in a rear-facing mode. Another feature of the i-Size safety standards is the

湖南新A型流感旅疫 二級警示

農曆年節將近，南來北往預估將增加流感傳播，疾管署表示，雖台北市聯合醫院流感群聚疫情監測期滿，相關接觸者全數解除追蹤，但提升中國大陸湖南省新型 A型流感旅遊疫情建議等級至第二級警示（ Alert），請民眾不可大意。
疾管署表示，北市聯醫院和平院區日前發生之流感群聚事件，截至最後監測日期（ 2月 2日）未再出現新發病個案，研判群聚事件已告一段落，相關接觸者全數解除追蹤；本起群聚事件共計 15名個案，含 2名確診流感併發重症死亡個案。
不過，依據監測資料顯示， 2016至 2018年春節期間（除夕至初五）急診類流感就診人次分別為 56,936、 25,278、 39,057，較非春節期間急診每週平均約 13,000就診人次明顯增加。
本流感季（去年 10月 1日起）截至 2月 1日累計 406例流感併發重症病例，其中 34例死亡（ 21例 H1N1、 13例 H3N2）；近期監測資料顯示 100% H1N1及 92%H3N2病毒與本流感季疫苗株吻合，未發現抗藥性病毒株。
疾管署呼籲，民眾春節出遊，勿輕忽流感症狀，務必做好手部衛生與咳嗽禮節。
如有發燒、咳嗽、流鼻水等類流感症狀，請就近到診所就醫，並儘量在家休息；一旦有呼吸困難、發紺、意識改變等流感危險徵兆，應儘速至大醫院就醫。
此外，大陸通報新增 1例 H9N2流感病例，鎮個案為湖南省常德市 2歲男童，去年 11月 27日發病，病情輕微，無明確活禽暴露史；基於當地可能具環境暴露感染禽流感風險，即日起提升湖南省旅遊疫情建議至第二級警示（ Alert），請民眾不可大意。
愛看宮廷劇！女大生眨眼都痛 因為…這理由
一名22歲女大學生，患有近視與散光，選擇配戴隱形眼鏡矯正。閒暇時喜歡滑手機與平板，格外喜愛追熱門夯劇，近在電腦前追了整整12小時的宮廷劇，打算取下鏡片時，發現雙眼通紅，乾燥不適，鏡片也拔了好幾次。隔日起床，眼睛仍佈滿血絲，連眨眼時都感到疼痛，就醫後確診為因長期配戴隱眼缺氧所引起的「角膜缺氧」，如延遲就醫，嚴重還可能導致視力毀損。
眼科診所院長王孟祺醫師表示，隱形眼鏡可分為軟式與硬式兩種材質，因前者較易取得且容易驗配，在台灣有90%的人選擇使用軟式隱形眼鏡。水分蒸發是軟性隱形眼鏡

要減少軟式隱形眼鏡帶來的不適，「除了配戴時間不應超過8小時，且應符合度數外，更要注重材質的透氧性與含水量。」王孟祺說。當民眾過度使用3C產品或長時間處於冷氣房時，眨眼次數以及淚水覆蓋於眼球表面的時間也相對減少，導致水分容易蒸發，隱形眼鏡自然也變得乾燥、不透氧，進而引發眼睛紅腫、乾澀、發炎等不適。
王孟祺說明，市面隱形眼鏡取得容易，常見年輕人為追逐時尚潮流，與朋友合購鏡片、互換有色隱形眼鏡配戴等現象，除了度數不符易讓眼睛疲憊、無法矯正視力外，更有造成視力毀損的可能性，不可不慎。

網路熱銷產品提醒，儘管隱形眼鏡選擇漸趨時尚、多元，民眾仍應於諮詢專業意見後，依自身需求選擇適合配戴的鏡片，才能有效保護雙瞳、矯正視力。
