These things are the most cofortible and stylish basketball shoes you could wear. These are shoes I would ball in and just go out with my friends. They have a nice style too. 10/10

Style
I think this is one of the shoes that looks very simple and cool when you wear it. It has about 6 different colors and I bought the one which has black on the top and red at other parts. Recently, NBA player Tim Hardaway Jr. wore these shoes and he really liked the design.
Materials
As you can see, this shoe used a synthetic leather at the overlay which just covers the leather under it. You might think that synthetic leather makes your feet feel uncomfortable, for me when I wore thick socks the instep of my foot had no space, but the synthetic leather is thin so you don’t feel a lot of pressure. One great thing about this shoe is that there is this elastic that stretches and it makes it very easy to put in your foot and pull your foot out of the shoe.
Traction
The traction is really awesome because it used the herringbone pattern which is a pattern that has been one of the best traction patterns from the past. Also, if the court has some dust, you just need to slightly wipe it out and you are good to go.
Cushion
For the cushion, Nike used phylon midsole and a four-foot zoom air at the front. The phylon feels comfortable and soft. Also, in the four-foot, you can feel the court and a little bit of response by the zoom air. So, I think the cushion is pretty bouncy and responsible for the price.
Support
I think the support is not bad or good. The back of the shoe makes your ankle pretty stable and at the four-foot, if you have a fat foot it will really grab your foot but if you have a narrow foot you will have to tighten up the laces.
Fit
At last, for the fit, I will recommend any buyer including wide footers to buy a true size shoe. The reason is that when you play with this shoe the shoe stretches and I have pretty a wide foot, but I was good with the true size. Also, I will recommend people who like shoes that have no dead space at the instep of the foot because when you wear basketball socks and wear these shoe there is nearly no dead space.
Overall I think you should really buy this shoe if you want a cheap basketball shoe. The shoe does not have any problems and I think the design is very cool too. One thing that you should consider is that if you wear basketball socks and wear these there is no dead space at the instep of your foot but, if you don’t wear basketball socks there is space. So, if you don’t like shoes that have no dead space with basketball socks you might want to buy other products.

NSO 4度赴日 傳遞原民元素

出生於日據時代的台灣，作曲家江文也1936年創作《台灣舞曲》，以原住民節奏元素為骨幹，創作手法突破傳統窠臼，代表日本在柏林第11屆奧林匹克國際音樂大賽獲特別獎，深具代表性，國家交響樂團NSO將帶著這首作品赴日演出。
音樂總監呂紹嘉表示，江文也生於台灣，深受19世紀歐洲印象樂派的影響，以作曲家自己本身對台灣和台北城的印象寫作《台灣舞曲》，沒有採取台語歌謠的風格，反而以原住民節奏元素為主軸，在這首創作中表現出肥沃富足且扎根土地般生動的意象，令當時樂壇眼睛為之一亮，也是台灣音樂的代表。
除了《台灣舞曲》，呂紹嘉也選了日本巨匠作家芥川龍之介之子芥川也寸志創作的《為交響曲所寫的音樂》，呂紹嘉說，這首音樂曲風細膩，情感悵然，利用各樂部的相互呼應，最後樂曲終章餘音迴響，希望可以讓日本樂迷感受來自台灣的文化激盪。
暌違7年，國家交響樂團NSO將4度赴日巡演，4月30日在東京文化會館（Tokyo Bunka Kaikan），5月6日在大阪交響音樂廳（Osaka Symphony Hall）演出，其他曲目還包括孟德爾頌《e小調小提琴協奏曲》及西貝流士的《第二號交響曲》，小提琴家獨奏由林品任擔綱演出。5月3日到5日則將參加金澤市主辦的《風和綠的樂城音樂祭》。
表揚60位醫療英雄 奉獻十載選購指南開箱炫耀文不忘初衷
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】共60名資深典範醫事英雄17日齊聚衛福部，接受衛福部長陳時中表揚！衛福部17日舉辦「第4屆優良暨資深典範醫事人員頒獎典禮」，桃園療養院職能治療師康俊良表示，從事精神醫療27年以來，看盡人網購達人網路購物生冷暖，也看見自己的使命，期勉自己「勿忘初衷」，他更透露，自己的女兒也跟上他的腳步，選擇就讀職能治療系，要將醫療人員的奉獻精神傳承下去。
「部立醫院除了要提供優質醫療，還得承擔公共衛生政策，須面對『必然的辛苦』，但也彰顯公立醫療機構價值。」陳時中致詞時表示，本次獲獎人員從部立27家醫院2756名藥師、檢驗師、放射師、職能治療師、物理治療師、心理師、營養師、呼吸治療師、語言治療師、聽力師、社工師等11類職業別的人員中，分別以「資深典範獎」、「優良獎」、「閃亮新人獎」3類獎項，頒發給60位得獎者。
榮獲「資深典範獎」桃園療養職能治療師康俊良從事此業務迄今，已邁入第27個年頭。他透過創辦多元復健訓練模式，包含園藝治療、畜牧活動、木工活動、鼓舞心聲樂團等庇護工場，辦理身心障礙者職業訓練，提升病人職能復健成效，連續榮獲桃園市政府頒發「身心障礙者職業重建有功」。獲獎時他透露，自己的女兒也跟上他的腳步，選擇就讀職能治療系，要將醫療人員的奉獻精神傳承下去。
「感謝家人對我熱愛的工作給予支持與包容，也要感謝這一路走來所服務的病人、家人及工作夥伴，讓我在工作時保持初衷。」獲頒「優良獎」的金門醫院物理治療師張儷蓉說，在金門服務已經13年，執行兒童發展聯合評估業務，積極推動離島區早療業務。此外，她辦理院內物理治療師的臨床教學，協助完成醫院評鑑，同時擔任金門縣物理治療師公會理事和幹部，全力協助金門物理治療專業發展。
社會工作員王瑋禎榮獲「閃亮新人獎」，在旗山醫院服務僅僅2年多，已曾榮獲第一屆南山全國醫務社工團體組典範獎，她利用社工專業協助偏鄉民眾在就醫所面臨的問題。王瑋禎坦承，雖然在服務的過程中難免有低潮，但感謝同事及主管鼓勵打氣，及家人精神上的支持，都是讓她得以堅持下去的最大動力。
