律師懸賞10萬 找教育部課綱微調違法判決書 樂天

      微調課綱引發部分人士直指違法與抗議聲浪不斷，律師洪嘉鴻今天表示，民進黨抨擊教育部調整高中課綱違法，造成學生激烈抗爭，民進黨黨主席蔡英文與黨籍民代公開指稱「教育部違法」，不過，他找了10多天找不到法院有這份判決書，若有民眾能提供判決書上有「教育部調整課綱違法」明確字樣，以10萬元金額酬謝。

      洪嘉鴻表示，在網路上查到台北高等行政法院103年度訴字第一六二七號判決，判決被告即教育部應就原告民國103年2月7日之申請，做成准予提供12年國民基本教育課程審議會會議紀錄，以及針對記名投票單部分提供原告閱覽、抄錄之行政處分。
