The cosy infant car seat Rock features a comfortable seat insert which is suitable for being used during your baby's first couple of weeks and months. 防豬瘟！加重罰鍰首日8件違規 港澳肉品也不得攜入
旅客違規帶回肉品罰鍰加重，新修正的動物傳染病防治條例今天生效，防檢局統計至下午4時，共8件違規，其中從中國帶回的有3件，包括一起香港攜帶臘肉入境的案例，各罰5萬元，還有裁罰3萬元4件、1萬元1件，總計罰了28萬元。
「動物傳染病防治條例第45條之1」修正案經總統於12月12日公布後，今天（14日）生效，旅客違規攜帶動物產品入境將處以新台幣1萬元以上、100萬元以下罰鍰。
防檢局統計，截至今天下午4時止，桃園機場查獲旅客違規攜帶動物產品者計8件，其中3件各被開罰5萬元，分別為中國大陸火腿腸以及從香港攜入的臘腸。
行政院農委會動植物防疫檢疫局局長馮海東表示，港澳已回歸中國，因此就以非洲豬瘟疫區標準裁罰，從嚴認定，也就是港澳肉品也不得攜帶入境。
中國大陸目前是非洲豬瘟疫區，違規攜帶豬肉類等產品入境，第一次罰5萬元、第二次50萬元，第三次以上100萬元。
而今天裁罰3萬元則有4件，違規攜帶入境的產品為中國大陸雞肉2件、越南豬肉2件。因為中國大陸是高病原性家禽流行性感冒疫區，第一次違規帶入禽肉產品罰3萬元、第二次罰30萬元、第三次100萬元。而越南是口蹄疫區，違規帶入家禽及家畜產品，第一次罰3萬元、第二次罰30萬元、第三次罰100萬元。
另外，防檢局表示，今天經檢疫犬在桃園機場會同海關共同查驗截獲者，計有3件被裁罰3萬元。
還有1件裁罰1萬元，違規帶入境的產品是來自日本的犬貓食品。防檢局說，因為日本不是非洲豬瘟、口蹄疫、禽流感疫區，所以依據從「其他非疫區國家」違規帶檢疫物入境裁罰，第一次罰1萬元、第二次10萬元、第三次30萬元；但是若是帶罐頭，因為製程會殺菌，就不會被開罰。
此外，防檢局補充，國內其他國際機場、港口及小三通，今天尚無查獲案件。
不驗票！丁守中撤繳保證金 將直接提「選舉無效」訴訟
九合一大選剛結束，現任台北市長柯文哲以3254票險勝台北市長候選人丁守中。得知開票結果後，丁守中與律師當天凌晨立刻前往台北地方法院，提出查封票匭，重新驗票聲請，法院裁定繳納428萬元的保證金。26日上午丁守中本來要到法院補繳保證金，但丁團隊與委任律師突然撤回驗票聲請，接下來將提起選舉無效之訴。
丁守中競辦發言人詹為元表示，撤回重新驗票的聲請，是因驗票曠日廢時，這幾天已陸續收到中選會違法的資料，丁團隊將按照《選罷法》第118條，提起選舉無效之訴。
委任律師周國代表示，會做出撤回重新驗票的決定，是因為收到非常多中選會違法情事，且重新驗票太耗費時間，因此待他們蒐集完資料，便會提起選舉無效的訴訟。周國代指出，將等待中選會公告15天內，依照法律程序提起選舉無效訴訟。（賴清德被慰留）
