The Belkin ScreenCast AV 4 adapter consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter can connect up to four HDMI-enabled media devices including Blu-ray players and game consoles. Using Wi-Fi, the transmitter broadcasts audio and visual signals from the device to which it is attached. 台北股、匯市脫勾，台股5日大漲逾百點，新台幣兌美元則呈現弱勢盤整，終場收在30.381元、貶值4.5分，也連續4個交易日收貶，台北外匯經紀公司成交量8.34億美元。
台股5日開高走高，終場上漲137.96點，收在9949.48點，三大法人合計在台股買
團購人氣產品超新台幣141億元，其中外資在台股買超118.91億元。
國際匯市部分，在避險需求升高下，日圓升至110日圓兌1美元價位，韓元則走弱，盤中一度貶至1126韓元兌1美元，後來在1124韓元兌1美元震盪。
至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，即便台股走揚，美元偏強，加上市場缺乏明確方向下，新台幣兌美元5日呈現弱勢盤整，盤中一度觸及30.42元、貶值8.4分，之後拉回至30.37元震盪，終場新台幣兌美元收在30.381元、貶值4.5分，也連續4個交易日收貶。

最新出版NANC分析報導，歷史並非站在美元的一邊。過去20年，每當聯準會(Fed)開啟升息週期，?量美元兌一籃六種貨幣走勢的美元指數便會下跌。
Fed在12月16日可能近十年來首度升息，許多大型銀行認為，2014年下半年開始的美元上漲趨勢依舊不變。
由於美國經濟表現勝過其他國家，且Fed是唯一可能升息的央行，投機客正大舉押寶美元。週四，歐洲央行可能調降利率至更深的負水平，並擴大資產購買計劃。
但是，一種觀點已然出現，即背離交易可能已處於最後階段。所謂背離交易，係指Fed緊縮政策，歐洲央行與日本央行則放寬信用，支撐了美元兌歐元與日元上漲。
TD證券公司分析師Ned Rumpeltin說：「一旦12月的消息結束，市場了解Fed僅會緩慢行動，則美元的多頭環境將開始式微，」
HSBC銀行分師David Bloom說：「未來，如果Fed升息幅度高於預期，則美元將小幅上揚。但如果明年某時，市場認為Fed於2017年可能需要放寬信用，則美元將會下挫。2016年的風險/報酬率是押注美元轉弱。」
在過去，當全球經濟表現穩健，Fed曾經升息。但這次，投資人擔憂全球經濟下滑，因而也擔憂Fed忍受美元的升值幅度。

復興航空去年11月22日無預警停航，台北市旅行商業同業公會召開記者會，控訴興航尚積欠旅行社包含預付款、衍生性賠償費用、B2B帳戶金額及另支付帛琉航線包銷訂金，盼相關單位、清算人等予以正視，並且儘速退還款項。
台北市旅行公會理事長吳志健表示，當初興航停航後，政府要求旅行社先代墊機票費用，讓滯留海外的旅客先返台，但事後興航僅退回單程票款，轉成他航差額都沒有支付。以北海道為例，興航機票約4千多元，但當時回台灣的單程機票就要一萬多元，一團30人就得先墊付30多萬元，總金額高達6,934萬8,356元。
此外，旅行社包機、指定出團旅遊的訂金、溢收款及保證金等預付款，有高達3,871萬294元興航也尚未退還。旅行社與興航之間還有個「B2B帳戶」，是一種類似儲值卡的概念，在旅行社開立機票後會再扣除款項，這部分也還有3,672萬7083元未處理。
品冠旅遊協理簡憲進也出面控訴，當初共有7家業者一起與興航談帛琉包機，合約從2015年10月9日至2016年12月31日止，每五天飛一班次，共有113個航班，但興航卻在2016年9月21日就喊卡，只有飛88班次，後面有25班次未執行。
品冠旅遊另與興航談定今年1月20日至2月5日的5班次包機，這些也通通沒有執行就被興航取消，光品冠旅遊就已經開出3,700多萬元的支票作為包銷訂金，但興航卻通知旅行社，下周將把支票全部存入戶頭，若旅行社不願意付款，反而會被銀行視為跳票。

吳志健則提出質疑，當初旅行社預付的這些款項，原則上還是屬於旅行社的錢，為什麼要把它列入債權？另外當初旅行社應政府要求代墊的費用，也不應該列入債權，「這沒有道理」。列入債權後，必須先清算其他債權人，剩下的錢根本無法支付給旅行社，這樣以後若再發生類似事件，沒有旅行社會敢出面處理，可能會造成更嚴重的後果，呼籲政府要正視這樣問題。
