A deposit via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. Guests must make the payment via Paypal within 24 hours after the booking has been made. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment.
Guests must go to the room B901 on the 9th floor to check in. Please note that the lift stops only on the ground, 4th, 7th and 10th floors. In order to go to B901, get off the lift on the 10th floor and go down the stairs.
The property is not regularly staffed.
To use the property's free pick-up service from Yaenosato Station on the Kintetsu Line, please call the property upon arrival at the station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please inform Hostel Dolphin House Osaka in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.

去年9月發生的馬林魚王牌Jose Fernandez的船難，至今仍是許多球迷心中的痛。但是根據近日媒體報導，案情似乎出現了大逆轉，由於當時驗屍報告指出，Fernandez有酒駕嫌疑，因此當時和他一同遇難的另外兩名死者的家屬，反倒過來指控他因為過失而造成他人傷亡，要求從Fernandez名下的房地產中獲得賠償。
據了解，Fernandez當時被驗出酒精濃度高達0.147，是法定酒駕的2倍。另外，法醫還驗出有古柯鹼的反應，因此檢方當時也懷疑可能是酒駕釀災。
根據《太陽報》報導，Christopher Royer律師將代表25歲的Eduardo Rivero和27歲的Emilio Jesus Macias的家人，尋求每個家庭200萬美元的賠償。
而代表Fernandez家庭的律師Ralph Fernandez則告知該媒體，目前前失事原因還在調查中。而且有調查指出Fernandez體內驗出的古柯鹼，可能不是他自願注射的，連船隻是不是由他駕駛都還是未解之謎。
因此，目前他們不可能按照對方提出的賠償金額來和解。
