Apartment features air conditioning, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels, a wardrobe and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and rice cooker. Bathroom has hot/cold shower facility and free toiletries.
People's Park in the Sky is 9 km from 2118 Wind Residences, while Taal Volcano is 12 km away. The nearest airport is Manila International Airport, 45 km from 2118 Wind Residences.

韓國警方破獲當地治安史上最大宗的毒品走私案，國籍販毒組織中有3名台籍嫌犯涉案，市價高達84億元的安非他命被查扣，總計走私112公斤的安毒。社會觀察家砲哥研判，台日韓三地毒販會舉辦「國際合作」，就是因為韓國市場被養得實在太大，毒品需求量大增所造成的結果。

砲哥分析說：「販毒集團自以為很穩，把冰毒都塞在大型機具和廢輪胎裡，韓國警方為了切割大型機具將證物取出，還花了一天多的時間，才取出市價80多億的安非他命」
台日韓毒販為了鉅額獲利，進軍韓國毒品市場，據說起因跟日本毒販也脫不了關係，砲哥解釋說：「冰毒就是安非他命，吸冰毒在國際上叫做『溜冰、吃冰』，這一次是台灣人、韓國人、日本人一起『溜冰』，過往韓國毒品都由日本毒梟供應，沒想到市場被日本養胖了，變得有行有市，日本反而無法趕上供應量，台灣才加入一起賣！」
警方估計，查獲的冰毒可供約300萬人吸食，砲哥分析市價說「安非他命在台灣一公斤最多一百多萬，在日本為四百多萬，韓國可以賣到六七百萬，於是毒販挺而走險直接運到韓國，連轉運路線都不排，竟然直接從產地泰國運到韓國！」
